The most helpful thing about DocuSign is the ease of use and being able to ship contracts to my customers efficiently. I like the fact that you can tag the signors names, dates, titles, and it shows you exactly where the contract needs to be signed. Docusign helps to do digital signature for our office document which I like the most, because previously we were taking print out then have to to sign and take photo of that and upload but docusign e-sign digital signature idea was really good for many NOC. It is easy to create digital signatures and complete the process. Instead of sharing files over email, downloading the document, opening it in Word or a PDF, and then pasting signatures into the document, this makes things easier for both parties. It has been the worst onboarding and implementation experience of my career. If you do not pay $$$$ for a 3rd party to help you implement you are just throwing money away for their CS onboarding team to "help" you. I wish they had an AI agent that could do that, honestly.

If you integrate with Salesforce or plan to use in Salesforce in any way. I wouldn't recommend Docusign. They brag about it being the 2nd app on the SF App Exchange and now looking back, it makes sense that it's that old and appears to have never been updated since 2004.
