What do you like best about Docsie?

Can I just say everything?

Docsie has the right mix of features with just the right amount of things packed into this platform. It is not too hard for team members to get started, even if they are not IT professionals, and once you started learning you realize it has even more features that originally meets the eye. It's really straightforward to use and integrates perfectly with our projects.

We love how responsive Docsie team is. We had some feature requests and they basically rolled them out within a few months! We always get good fast support and coming from In-Design this is definitely a breath of fresh air. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Docsie?

What problems is Docsie solving and how is that benefiting you?

The hardest part was creating and migrating existing docs from Confluence/In-Design over into Docsie. They were responsive about it though and even helped us import our Docs into their platform.

What do you like best about Docsie?

Docsie has been super helpful to ensure our team remains up to date with the latest updates and specifications. I love that we can collaborate and share knowledge easily among our team. I also like the ability to embed dynamic widgets and publish an online knowledge base. Previously, we depended significantly on more senior developers to address queries to the junior developers, system integrations, system requirements, and other aspects of the development process. This resulted in a variety of issues, including conflicting responses, delayed response times, and job interruption. Now, we can consult in real-time with a "definitive" source and provide more authoritative releases to our new hires, which include interns and junior developers.
