DW sends out automated invoice reminders and makes you money without you having to hunt it down. You can send your clients USCIS documents in their native language to fill out and send back to you and it will then translate it to English, saving you all tons of time in translation. The notes section helps our office know what happened at the last contact with client. Overall a great program and I'm sure I'm not even using the full extent of it! Revenue generating reports don't show accurate accountings. We need a report that only shows revenue for a specific time period rather than a report showing all payments, whether a service or expense, entered, even if the payment date is from a pervious time period. Once you start to understand the docketwise system, which doesn't take long, a month at the most, you feel familiar with the system and you know what to do and what to follow to use it effectively and efficiently. if you don't know something, the support helps you instantly! it's very good. It is a very user friendly platform compared to what is out on the market right now. It is flexible and has a number of features we need for our work. Furthermore, the few times we've asked for something to be fixed or changed, developer team worked on it extremely quickly and customer support is alwasy friendly.
