**What do you like best about LollyLaw?**

I like that Lolly Law has the basics down and a good idea. I like the latest feature Lolly added that it creates the addendums in the forms. I also like how easy it is to generate USCIS forms and enter client data. I like how it makes the appointments and how client bridge functions; it allows clients to enter their own information on their own time. It is a good concept for a program but still needs a lot of fixing and polishing.

**What do you dislike about LollyLaw?**

I'm not too fond of the glitches on the I-864 form on the amounts part and that sometimes not everything gets downloaded to the pdf; the amounts in dollars never gets transferred. Also, I'm not entirely fond of the client bridge; it works fine but not completely. The I-130 Beneficiary and I-485 applicant questionnaire are currently not working correctly; when our client fills in their information, it doesn't get saved. Another thing I don't like is when we input data to the profile it doesn't get transferred to the forms automatically, some info does but not everything. This is very frustrating and time-consuming.

**Recommendations to others considering LollyLaw:**

It works excellent for Immigration forms and to create appointments.

**What problems is LollyLaw solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I haven't had any problems with lolly law solved yet. I haven't seen any benefits yet either. I currently need help with the client bridge questionnaires, especially with the ones the beneficiary has to fill out.

**What do you like best about LollyLaw?**

In over 30 years of practicing immigration law, I've used almost every immigration software on the market. I've often had to move on after a frustrating year of dissatisfaction. LollyLaw is a definite favorite for me and my staff for a few reasons: (1) updated immigration forms are in the system within 24 hours and not one or two days before the USCIS deadline to use  a new form; (2)  when we notice a glitch, LollyLaw staff respond within 24 hours or the same day; (3) when we suggest a process improvement, our suggestions are considered, respected, and if the improvement cannot be made quickly, we are given an explanation; (4) our clients love it, like the multilingual options, and the ease of use; (5) integration with Intuit QuickBooks, our general ledger system.

Before we committed to LollyLaw we had a few clients -- with various levels of computer expertise -- use it and our previous immigration management system. 100% of the clients said they liked LollyLaw much better, and their endorsement was a deciding factor in our signing the contract. We've been with LollyLaw since 2023, and we regularly recommend it to other immigration attorneys.

**What do you dislike about LollyLaw?**

I'd love LollyLaw to have more customized forms, especialized for specialized areas of immigration law such as academic and medical immigration. Also, having the option of a enterprise rate, rather than a per user rate would be helpful especially because some paralegals and attorneys use the software less frequently than others.

**What problems is LollyLaw solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Ease of immigration form completion and providing customized questionnaires. I work in a specialized area of immigration law and customized questionnaires are needed to capture the responses we need for immigration services and correct form completion.

**What do you like best about LollyLaw?**

We love that it's immigration specific. We love the customer service. We love the customization ability. We love that it does everything -- immigration forms, client management, time tracking, reports, billing, etc.   And it's got a secure client portal. And it's so user friendly.

**What do you dislike about LollyLaw?**

It's not quite 100% on all the bells and whistles yet, e.g. reports and invoicing are a struggle sometimes. I would love to see Quickbooks integrated, which I believe is coming. 

But, we see the potential.

**Recommendations to others considering LollyLaw:**

Try it out first. Some people want everything a software does to be excellent. It's not quite there yet, but it's getting there!

**What problems is LollyLaw solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Invoicing is complicated in version 2. I was able to understand and do my own invoicing when needed. Now, I have to have my accountant do it no matter what. The benefit is having an all-in-one system, which is so important to my firm. We don't want to have four or five different systems for timekeeping, client management, client portal, invoicing, billing, and immigration forms.

  ### 4. I loved V.1 of LollyLaw, but am disappointed with V.2

**What do you like best about LollyLaw?**

I still like the interface that shows the different matters open for each client, the ability to enter receipt notices, and form filling.

**What do you dislike about LollyLaw?**

I hate the new billing interface.  I loved the simplicity of V.1 for tracking payments and charges/expenses.  I waste a tremendous amount of time now with V2

**Recommendations to others considering LollyLaw:**

V.2 is good for case management, calendaring and form filling.  It is disappointing for its invoice/billing interface, which may work well for larger firms, but is cumbersome and difficult to navigate for smaller firms that work primarily with flat fees.  I loved the prior version of this product, but am very disappointed with the "upgrade."

**What problems is LollyLaw solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I am so disappointed with the new billing interface, and that, coupled with the increase in cost, is making me consider alternative software.  I just hate the V2 billing.

The thing that had us a bit confused was that the “new” version came out in 2019 (three years ago at the time of this review) and has not been available for quite some time. We are glad you liked it, but it has been a while and the prior version did not have invoicing, customizable bank accounts, payment plans, or any of the modern-day conveniences that the current system now has. 

Attorneys today, big or small, need to be able to track their work, bills and handle payments conveniently, but also do so in compliance with their bar association. Lolly provides the tools necessary to do this and in a simple to use interface. Whether you primarily do Flat Fee billing, trust accounting, or milestone billing, Lolly can do it. The system has a process to 1) review and approve charges, 2) generate bills, and 3) apply payments towards bills. These are processes that I think are very common to law firms, but Lolly has options to streamline these even further and do things for you like checking available trust balances before moving funds.

In addition, the system has simple-to-read invoices for clients that are available in both English and Spanish. There are even summary ‘Account Statements’ that help communicate to clients, in simple terms, their balances and payment history.

These are all things that were not in the old system 3 years ago. We were thrilled to add them because our customers said they needed them and wanted it to be convenient (to the extent billing, trust accounting, and handling client payment plans can be). We know that as an attorney, you have specialized skills to practice law, and while billing and accounting are essential to managing your practice, it might not be where you want to spend all your time. That being said, our goal is to provide you with the very best tools to run your business with a high degree of quality and efficiency. We aim to do so in every area including document creation and form filling, team and workflow, client communications, and of course billing too!

For example, we recently introduced payment plan tracking and payment processing. We are already at work on streamlining that further, making it easier (and cheaper) for your clients to make regular payments to you, either online or in person, and applying those funds to bills. **What do you like best about LollyLaw?**

Lolly is very user-friendly. I like that it's easy to navigate the portals and the contacts within the system. It facilitates being able to handle a large case load.

**What do you dislike about LollyLaw?**

Some minor issues have come up but have been resolved by John and his team when brought up to them.

**Recommendations to others considering LollyLaw:**

I highly recommend Lolly for big and small firms. It is a good product to keep track of large case loads and it is more affordable than other products that I have used in the past.

**What problems is LollyLaw solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Lolly is great for keeping track of emails and timing. It is effortless to upload emails from my Gmail account and add events to the Lolly that get added to my google calendar.

I will go ahead and bullet out a few, but feel free to contact us at <support@lollylaw.com> in case I misunderstood any of the items you listed and we can walk you through how to take care of these.

- The list of Tasks (i.e. Workflow) will automatically be loaded in to the matter upon setting the 'case type' of the matter. The attorney has in their library a set of case types that they want used and they have defined the tasks in each. If there is a case type you are using without any tasks, check that particular case type in your library and update it with the tasks you want to be loaded in automatically when you open that kind of case
- the timer widget allows for multiple timers, but only one can be running at a time. If you have one running for over 24 hours, it will appear under the day it was started. We have added a way to jump to a running timer to stop/pause it and even view it under Schedule->Time Tracking
- The applicant's current employer will print on Part 8 section 1. If there is a work history in the contact's profile, the prior employers will print in the subsequent sections.
- It sounds like you updated some information related to the attorney and synced it back to their profile. If that is what happened, then have the attorney update their profile with the correct information so that any new forms you pull their data into will have the correct info. 
- When in Documents tab, the system will display the known files/folders that are in your 3rd party cloud storage. If you have been working in that 3rd party storage (ex. Microsoft OneDrive) and upload files directly there or changed the names of file, and you want Lolly to pick up those changes, then all you need to do is click the 'sync with cloud storage' button in the Documents area. It is a button that looks like a cloud with a refresh icon in it. Lolly will pull the latest in that location and display it on screen for you.

**What do you like best about LollyLaw?**

I like that Lolly keeps up with the current forms' expiration dates. It warms you when a form will be expiring. Which as an LA sometimes helps to be reminded of these little things.  Perhaps what I like the most is that you add information of a given client, and it will automatically fill these sections for you.

**What do you dislike about LollyLaw?**

What I dislike the most is that sometimes if you want to start filling a new form, more specifically, a new version of a form, you can open a new form and transfer the information you might already have filled out. Not to mention, sometimes Lolly does not download filled-out forms with all the information you have imputed, I see this happen a  lot with the FORM I-131 and I-765.

**What problems is LollyLaw solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It helps me save time and keep track of what forms I have already filled out. If I have to stop my progress midway, I can quickly close Lolly and know where to pick up.

I like how user friendly the entire product is. It's very straightforward and very easy to navigate.

It is overall beneficial. There really is not anything I dislike, but a suggestion might be to better the search aspect. I have had a hard time searching when it comes to phone numbers, which would be great to make a little easier.

If you are looking for something very useful friendly and based to help everyone be able to access anything they need at the time of needing it, this is definitely the platform to look at.

They are being able to have documents shared throughout the firm without worrying if one person or another will or will not get a copy necessary for a case. It makes it so that we do not have a jumble of documents that others might need on only one person's computer or only emailed to one person. This makes it so no one person has to worry about making sure that everyone who needs a copy has it.

**What do you like best about LollyLaw?**

In my experience, the Journal tool and time tracking are what I use the most. The journal feature allows me to make notes on clients' files and potential clients. The time tracker will enable me to work on multiple tasks throughout the day. This feature is helpful when dealing with multiple ongoing tasks. I  also like that the lolly software links to my Gmail, and I can save the email correspondence I receive into the lolly journal, and the attachments get saved into the documents tab. I highly encourgae every company to try Lolly Law.

No complaints, I absolutely enjoy using Lolly Law

Time tracking helps me a lot organize my time and concentrate on tasks.

I dislike the new color palette between the contact and matter pages; it can get very confusing to know where I am at a certain point. I also dislike that the contact and matter journals can get confusing, and I think this is a consequence of the color palette.

Inform yourself and take advantage of the support team if you need something to change or have any recommendations.

**What do you like best about LollyLaw?**

It's easy to work with, navigate and learn. Makes our workday easy. All the features that come with t. Everything we need for our day are all included iwth it.

**What do you dislike about LollyLaw?**

Nothing, its a great software/program to use. I can not think of anything at the moment. its just GREAT! 
At first getting used to the timer was a bit challenging but once you get the hang of it. Youll do just great!!

**Recommendations to others considering LollyLaw:**

Definitely worth it. It's a great program, with all its features.
Will do everyone's work in your office easier. Everyone will also love the program.
Definitely think its a great invesrment

**What problems is LollyLaw solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Us being able to communicate with clients via text, we can set up a reminder to remind us of all of our tasks needed for the week, day, month etc.
We will also be using LollyPay. 
That feature will be great for our clients wanting to set up automatic payments. Many clients forget to make payment or dont have time. With LollyPay they wont have to wrry anymore.

**What do you like best about LollyLaw?**

I like that a lot of the information populates to the forms we create. Creating forms can be a lengthy process if you have to re-type everything on every form.

**What do you dislike about LollyLaw?**

There is a lot of unnecessary clicking when completing forms. Clicking add, confirm, ok, upload, confirm, ok. Also, when you complete forms in Lolly and download them for printing, not all of the information transfers to the download and must be typed again. I usually populate the form and just download and complete the form through Adobe so I don't have to type things in twice.

**Recommendations to others considering LollyLaw:**

Complete a few applications before trying to train others. The system does have some unfortunate quirks that can be annoying when you are trying to complete things quickly.

**What problems is LollyLaw solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Lolly does decrease the time it takes to complete forms if you first learn the quirks of the system. It takes doing it a few times to understand what will and will not populate when you download forms for printing.

**What do you like best about LollyLaw?**

I love the lolly journal, helps me keep track of everything so I never feel lost in a case. I also love the color highlighting options they stand out and if you color coordinate them it would probably be very efficient on top of how efficient it is already.

**What do you dislike about LollyLaw?**

I dislike that sometimes when I put a file number in the search bar it does not load the results until I click on contact.. wish I could do it from any window.

**What problems is LollyLaw solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Keeping track of files with the tracker is amazing... I no longer have it but used to at the prior firm I worked with. I definitely feel like there is more accountability if we track where and for how long a file is going with someone. You also save time from running from place to place to find a file.

This is a great product to keep organized! Having this tool makes it easier to keep everything in one place. I like being able to share clients documents, information, conversations, appointments, forms, and evidence with other co-workers that are also working with the same client case.

I am able to create forms with ease, have the clients information as needed, add valuable information that helps me keep track of all aspects of each client.

**What do you like best about LollyLaw?**

Customer service is always ready to answer any questions. I love that it has a way to be integrated with Google Calendar and QuickBooks. The owner is also willing to add any judicial forms from your state.

**What do you dislike about LollyLaw?**

I can't link the information to family members. (Example: husband and wife, I would like to have a way to link their marriage dates, address, and children). It would be a good idea to have a phone app for Lolly.

I have realized that the system is trying to make your life easier!

I like that how easy it is to organize the client case information. When you add the case details it is so easy for a new worker to understand what has been done for that client.

I did dislike there was no dashboard but they have fixed that issue.

**Recommendations to others considering LollyLaw:**

One thing I do wish I could see is my google calendar integrated as one with the Lollylaw calendar. It is easier to have everything in one place and not have to double back. That would be the only thing missing, or maybe I am not seeing that feature at this time. My advice for those looking at Lolly Law is to get the system. It is an excellent and easy place to store all your client data.

I was solving the no dashboard problem. I have realize that it is easy for us to communicate.

I don't particularly appreciate that it does not place  "N/A"'s on date slots, I cannot be logged on to both of my laptops at once, and that when I fill out forms there are several times the client's name does not come up (even though they have a contact). There should also be a way to pin important notes at the top of the journal.

It takes a while to get used to, but it is worth it in my opinion.

I love being able to see the actual forms when entering information. Lolly Law keeps the forms up to date, so we won't accidentally send in expired forms. The questionnaire feature is helpful for getting client information. I wish they had them available for more forms. Anytime that I've found a glitch in the software, the customer service has been very responsive.

**What do you dislike about LollyLaw?**

They are still working through some bugs. Sometimes information that has already been entered disappears when the forms are downloaded. However, they are extremely responsive and fix bugs quickly if you contact them directly about it.

Helps us compile all of our client's information in one place easily and share across teams.

One of the primary causes of that is due to viewing the pdf in the browser rather than opening in Adobe. Sometimes the local machine defaults to the browser which does not display forms as well as Adobe - particularly ones with bar codes and scripts that calculate values. **What do you like best about LollyLaw?**

Customer Service - hands down. I know when I submit a question or problem, I will get a detailed, thoughtful, personal response. Quickly. With other providers, I sometimes had to wait and wonder for days whether anyone got my message. Or, alternatively, I would submit a help ticket and three different people would contact me about the same thing. With LollyLaw, I get a rational, solutions-focused response to my questions, even when the problem I'm asking about isn't caused by Lolly, but by google or my browser or something else. In addition, they take customer recommendations to heart and develop solutions (like SMS integration) to make the product better.

**What do you dislike about LollyLaw?**

There are still some little kinks in the program. Form-filling/auto-populating of data is about 80% but still requires more manual data entry than would be ideal. But all in all, we're very happy with the platform, the value we're getting, and the stellar support.

**Recommendations to others considering LollyLaw:**

If you need a program for Immigration Case Management that is smart, modern, streamlined and has the best customer service in the industry, LollyLaw is a great option. Their updates and versions have demonstrated real substantive improvements, and any time we have found a problem or issue, we have gotten immediate help and/or training. We love LollyLaw.

**What do you like best about LollyLaw?**

I like that it's an online platform and that I can access it anywhere. I like that it can complete my immigration forms in minutes and that it stores client data so I can populate multiple forms. I also like that the Lolly Labs customer support team are accessible and respond to my emails promptly. I like that you can customize the forms to include templates specific to my practice.

**What do you dislike about LollyLaw?**

It's still a work in progress and has its quirks. I would also like to see more of the promised integrations with other software like Quickbooks and LawPay implemented. I also don't like the size of the font as it makes it difficult to see after staring at a screen all day.

**Recommendations to others considering LollyLaw:**

I highly recommend Lolly Law. It is a "one-stop" law firm management software.

LollyLaw handles all our needs with just one program. Having one database and program to complete client forms. I also like that I can store payment information for clients.

I like how easy it is to create clients and matters, and to cleanly see how things are organized. Tracking time and reporting are also easy.

I wish the platform were a bit more flexible for added fields specific to how our organization keeps track of clients and services. We have specific client ID numbers for example that are more difficult to track in Lolly.

With Lolly it is much easier to share casework among colleagues, and to work remotely from home. I also love that it is compatible with google drive.

I have worked with immigration for more than a decade, it is complicated with lots of moving parts. Lolly Law takes the guess work out and makes completing the forms a snap and it keeps applications and forms up to date.

Once the forms are completed, they have to be accessed through a shared quick access file in order to print them.

LollyLaw is an excellent time-saving App. It allows you to auto-populate all forms needed, which is super handy when it comes to large application packages filled for one client.
I also enjoy the search engine, where you can search for alien numbers, emails, and not only clients' name.

While I appreciate the ability to sync LollyLaw and my ETO database, there is no way to track progress on Matters created in ETO and the other way around.  If the Matter exists in LL, no case note is made in ETO.

**What do you like best about LollyLaw?**

There are a lot of helpful features, and the customer service team is usually quick to respond to questions.

**What do you dislike about LollyLaw?**

The customer service is hit or miss- sometimes they fix issues right away, sometimes they blow off our suggestions for new features that would aid our firm. I would like a greater ability to customize the software, such as turning on or off specific functionalities we do or don't use, otherwise the interface becomes very clogged.

**Recommendations to others considering LollyLaw:**

See what other similar softwares offer and how responsive they are to client needs

**What problems is LollyLaw solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Lolly Law has helped digitize our cases and process, but it lacks the customization ability to move fully digital as we would like. It also helps with organization, but some interface features make it a little convoluted.

Development times can vary depending on the feature being asked for. Also we do have a roadmap with big ticket items for all of our users. We do aim to meet the needs of our customers in a big way, but cannot always deliver on requests by next day. **What do you like best about LollyLaw?**

I like the overview section on the matter.  I also like the documents tab on the client's contact.  I love how you can jump directly into the G-Drive from there.

**What do you dislike about LollyLaw?**

I seriously dislike the journal in the matter; it seems to mix in with the following journal entry.  It makes it look cluttered in my opinion and there should be some distinction in what is what.

Lolly has helped us with form filling in an incredible manner.  It makes the process easier and less time consuming.

1. Unable to search by Contact Information Fields: e.g. date of birth, email address, home address, etc. without placing it as a search tag.
2. Prior application information not correctly auto-populating in updated forms.
3. Too many automatic tasks are created with new matters.

In fact, I wanted to loop back with you to let you know that our development team has been working on enhancing search and has come up with an "advanced search" option that I think you will like. I will reach out to you as soon as it is available to try out. 

In regards to the other two items, take a look at the info below and feel free to reach out to us if it would be helpful to review together over a screenshare.
- fields linked to a contact should sync from form to profile and visa versa. So if there is a field on one form with data that is linked to a contact that has a value that is not populating on another form, just let us know so we can inspect and provide assistance. 
- tasks are populated from the selected case type. The case type can be edited at any time under your Library. Just go to the case type and review the tasks listed in the workflow. If there are task you do not want, simply remove them. Conversely, if there are new tasks you want as part of your office workflow you can add them. Remember to press the green 'save' button at bottom:-)

My favorite feature on Lolly is the tasks. It helps keep me organized and on top of the essential duties I have to perform. I also enjoy how user-friendly it is.

I want to be able to create my tasks when a matter is created instead of auto-generated ones.

Learn to use every aspect because it is all useful.

We just did an update over the weekend that refreshes the look of the taskboard view and makes it smoother. It also sounds like you want to be able to create your own default list of tasks for a matter, is that correct? If so, then there is an area under Library->Case Types where you can either update existing workflows that are there or create new case types and your own custom tasks lists. Let me know if that is helpful or if you have any questions.

You are correct that everything in the software was designed with the user in mind. That being said, if you have any suggestions for us on ways to improve the software for you and your staff, please let us know and we will look to deliver for you. Billing functions are an area we can do better, which is why you can expect some updates in the next few days related to LayPay integration, payment plan scheduling and tracking, as well as a revamped UI for users to more easily check payment status, balances and print statements for clients. I hate that you have to click every time to make the journal in chronicle order. I hate that it doesn't automatically do it.

Make it easier to know how to use client bridge and make the journal chronological order automatically. Also send out quick video trainings on how to use client bridge, billing.etc
