What do you like best about Discern?

Discern completely changed how I handle marketing funnel reporting. What used to take hours like pulling Salesforce reports, syncing to Google Sheets with Coefficient, building formulas, refreshing data, manually counting rows, now takes 15 minutes. I just log in, filter by cohort, source, region—whatever I need—and the data’s right there. It’s a million times easier. I finally get to spend my time analyzing and acting on insights, instead of wasting hours just getting the numbers in the first place. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Discern?

What do you like best about Discern?

Discern enables us to standardize our ability to report ARR and CARR reporting from weeks to a single day. We were using a series of multiple reports, cobbling it in Excel and manually making exceptions. We would then modify our definitions and approach and would have to go back into each historical month and apply updates and changes based on our changes. With Discern, I know the historical data is an apples to apples comparison with the current data. During the implementation process, the team met with us daily to solicit feedback. Changes were executed really quickly, and they made our requested enhancements along the way. The team also offered their best practices to guide us when we had questions. What do you dislike about Discern?

What do you like best about Discern?

Understanding accurate leading indicators of pipeline health has been a major challenge for us. Building dashboards in Salesforce wasn't providing the flexibility needed to easily segment data in different ways. This made it difficult to provide our RevOps team with the right insights to advise the executive team effectively.

Discern caught our attention as the only platform that combines sales and marketing data into one centralized place. Their super-intuitive interface that allows slicing reports by different segments was immensely valuable. Plus, the ability to build repeatable board decks in a streamlined way was something we hadn't seen elsewhere in the market.

Looking ahead, I'm excited to utilize Discern to present clear, digestible sales and marketing metrics that the whole team can understand. Having standardized board reporting down to the account executive level will be a major enabler of our success Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Discern has been instrumental in helping us stay on top of performance, without the need to chase individual business heads for updates or spend hours responding to ad hoc data inquiries. With a real-time view into performance, customized for each department, we now have the visibility needed to execute the best decisions for our business.

What do you like best about Discern?

Implementing Discern.io was one of the best choices I made in my first 90 days of building out a RevOps Organization at Florence Healthcare. The Discern team turns a task that is normally super complex and time-consuming into an easy, bit-sized effort that can be stood up quickly. It took us about 2 weeks to build and 2 weeks to QA before we were ready to launch, and that was absolutely amazing. I continue to be highly impressed with the quality and speed of service that we received. This has been a home run for our organization and finally allows us to see all of our operational metrics in one spot. I'm so glad we implemented Discern.io. It has been a real game changer for us! Another game changer was that they allowed us to do automatic Sign on, provisioning through Salesforce so it feels just like another tab inside of Salesforce, which is been fantastic from a usability perspective. While the overall quality of the dashboards/reports that you get is super high-quality, like any out-of-the-box solution, there is always a limit to how much you can customize it. On every occasion that we've requested customizations, the Discern.io team has been incredibly responsive and accommodating. Surprisingly so.
