Before using it, our team spent hours searching through old documents and previous responses just to answer similar questions repeatedly. Diligio organizes all of our approved content into one searchable knowledge base, and the AI generates answers that are backed by our own documentation instead of making assumptions. I also appreciate the source references attached to responses because they make internal reviews much faster and give our compliance team confidence that the information is accurate. It has significantly improved collaboration between our security, legal and sales teams, especially during busy procurement periods. **What do you dislike about Diligio?** The platform performs best when your knowledge is well maintained, so there is an initial investment in uploading and organizing documentation. During the first few weeks, we had to review and refine several generated answers because some of our older documents contained outdated information. While the interface is generally intuitive, I think a few workflow settings could be easier for first-timers users to discover.
