We particularly appreciate the intuitive operation, clear structure, and high speed of Intralinks DealCentre AI. The platform allows us to efficiently manage even extensive data rooms, quickly find relevant information, and offer prospects a clear and professionally organized due diligence process.

I like the ease of use in uploading documents and the ability to extract reports on buyer access, a feature I've used several times in this deal. The integration with AI allows me to search documents with great ease, and with AskLink I can search for information and analyze documents. I also used the internal redaction tool, which saved me time in anonymizing documents that I would otherwise have had to do offline. The initial setup was very simple. I find that the permissions phase during due diligence could be more intuitive: sometimes permissions are not automatically assigned. I would prefer to have "Push to diligence now" as the first option instead of "Push to diligence later" and that permissions assigned to a group are automatically applied to subsequently uploaded documents. I like that Intralinks DealCentre AI speeds up the process, helps with data collection and sharing data in a protected environment, and has AI integration and a Q&A function. My favorite feature is Ask Link: I can quickly respond to bidder questions by sharing Ask Link responses, and it answers questions very quickly. It saves me time finding information, scanning documents, and looking for document references. I also find document summaries super helpful. I use Intralinks DealCentre AI to gather and share materials with counterparts in sell-side projects. The platform is extremely secure and fast, intuitive and quick. I like Ask Link because it allows me to find information and analyze documents, and AI Insights, which creates quick and accurate summaries of complex documents. I also appreciate the translation of documents from Italian to English and vice versa. These tools allow me to quickly analyze documents, manage many in the VDR, quickly retrieve data, and localize documents. The initial setup was also very easy and fast. What I like most is that it’s easy to use and reliable. Having a central document repository on a platform everyone is familiar with makes a real difference. The pricing is in line with other leading professional VDR platforms, and that reliability and familiarity are worth a lot to me.

Support has been very good. I haven’t connected it with other tools yet, and I’ve only explored the AI features a little, so I can’t say much about those areas yet. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

For smaller deals, the cost can be hard to justify relative to the transaction value. Although the platform is familiar and easy to use, there’s still room to make it more intuitive. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The UI is very in, I have the ability to effectively run my process through there (i.e. through launching teasers, DD and Q&A). There is also an abundance of support with regards to uploading and indexing documents and if there are any issues or clarification questions that need answering. Additionally the Ask AI feature is helpful if I'm not sure if I have uploaded a document or not or If i need to reference a document when answering a question. I'd like a more enhanced information request list function. i.e., a live excel that tracks the status of requests and allows us to add comments on requests. What I like most about Intralinks DealCentre AI is the platform’s ease of use and intuitive navigation. It is straightforward to organize and control how documents are made available to different parties, while also providing efficient tools to manage the Q&A process and monitor document access across interested groups. I had some difficulty using Ask Link. I believe this was mainly due to the large volume of documents we uploaded to the platform, which may have made it harder for the AI to process and support our requests efficiently.

That said, I still see these features as a valuable add-on to the VDR experience, and this would not prevent me from using the platform.

The AI-powered VDR management is the biggest time-saver — automatic document indexing and categorisation cuts down the manual effort of organising large volumes of diligence materials, and the smart search makes it much faster to locate specific documents across the data room. The redaction tools and permission controls are also genuinely helpful for managing tiered access across clean team and non-clean team structures during a live process. The AI document categorisation isn't always accurate, so it still requires manual review and correction, which limits the time savings on complex or non-standard documents. The search can also return too many irrelevant results when queries aren't very specific. Pricing feels high relative to some alternatives, and the interface has a learning curve for new users joining a deal mid-process. I appreciate the secure sharing of documents with the counterpart and the Q&A, which allows me to track activities. I like the integration with AI and the ability to summarize documents in the original language and in English.
