I love how DealRoom has cut down on time spent manually updating data trackers and sending documents back and forth. The real-time updates are a game changer, removing the blocker for one person to receive documents and answers to questions and manually disperse. It's super easy to use, and the granular permission levels are fantastic for securely collaborating across the organization, making it a trustworthy tool for our HR team while protecting sensitive data. The team at DealRoom is incredibly collaborative, always open to ideas and improvements, and they've been an amazing resource for problem-solving. It is fairly intuitive to use, and even more so if you have experience in IT. Adding users is a breeze, and the DR team can provide templates to help you upload tasks more quickly. I wish it was a little more customizable when it comes to the level/depth of detail you can get into when adding tasks, but the team has been incredibly helpful in finding workarounds and have even mentioned they are working with the product development team to implement some of our requests/suggestions, which is awesome! Right now we are primarily using DR for integration tasks after our first large M&A transaction had already closed. We like it because it is allowing leadership from both legacy companies to see progress across all workstreams in one place (we did not want to use a MS product).
