They offer a lot of different services and navigate the company employees with all possible tips and advice. The staff working there is super nice, polite and professional. They respond super quickly to all the requests and are sharing their experience throughout the whole process. I'd recommend them highly. **What do you dislike about Devensoft?** I did not have any negative experiences on the collaboration with the Davensof staff. Maybe the only thing that I could improve on is to have more customised dashboards based on different data requests. **What problems is Devensoft solving and how is that benefiting you?** I did not work much on the M&A pipeline for my previous company, but the merging team has been working together with Davensoft on the merger of several different small vacation rental businesses. **Official Response from Nick Perdikis:** > Thank you for posting your positive review on our M&A platform and the service you have received. The product covers all the bases to manage and report on the M&A program and individual deals, while providing a single source of truth for the deals. The integration of PowerBI Embedded to the reporting gives the teams on the ground the ability to design and produce reports as needed without having to engage Devensoft for custom services. **What do you dislike about Devensoft?** there are not any elements of Devensoft that are disliked. As a frequent user, when opportunities to improve the tool arise, Devensoft is very open to receive the feedback and ideas. They partner well with us to design and implement improvements and engage us in their developmental roadmap planning to gather our input on priorities. **What problems is Devensoft solving and how is that benefiting you?** Number one problem solved with using Devensoft is to have a single source of truth - no longer do we have version control issues, nor refusal to take ownership of the data as the users are inputting the information and accepting it's accuracy. Second, the time savings provided by not emailing information back and forth, finding/consolidating, and then building/editing reports. Third, access challenges due to firewall for our targets, and advisors to participate in the planning stages of Integrations and Divestitures prior to close/IT architecture integration. Fourth, collaboration through transparency across the project as all teams can see the whole plan, RAID logs, documents, and metrics to see their dependencies and conflicts in real time. I could go on with others . . . ### 3. Devensoft tool was very helpful on our M&A integration deals. The base tool was easy to use and we were able to get over 200 people up and running quickly. We were able to have all info and tracking in Devensoft so there was a single source of truth. Project managers could run teh day to day projects in the tool and execs could get the rolled up reports to monitor overall M&A progress **What do you dislike about Devensoft?** Overall reporting was good, but would like more flexibility in format set ups and adjustments **Recommendations to others considering Devensoft:** This is a great tool for helping efficiently organize, track, and execute your M&A projects **What problems is Devensoft solving and how is that benefiting you?** Able to have single source of truth for all functions involved in the M&A. Single data input to manage the actual program tasks and roll up. Able to create, save, reuse PORs. Saved a lot of time in setting up new deals as they occurred. ### 4. Additionally, the cloud platform enables us to bring together our teams from all over the world in a seamless platform. Finally, from a data repository perspective, allows us to keep target information in the cloud for easy access at any time. **What do you dislike about Devensoft?** Integration with data room services could be better. Right now, we typically have to navigate the various data room providers for the diligence process, then either manually input information through Devensoft or a Sharepoint application to do our own analysis, etc. Ideally, one could have seamless integration between the two sets of systems (since they are offering two distinct services) and further simplify workflow. **Recommendations to others considering Devensoft:** Make sure you have a clear use case to roll out across the organization. I'd think Devensoft would be an ideal application for global, highly dispersed companies looking to build out a scaleable M&A platform. **What problems is Devensoft solving and how is that benefiting you?** We really are seeking to automate and standardize our M&A tool kits, from sourcing to execution to integration. Devensoft plays an important role in not only offering an easy to use SAAS platform, but also gives us the ability to force standardization in approach from teams from different functions/geographies. ### 5. Great platform to help organize a Corporate Development Department **Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars **Reviewed by:** Verified User in Market Research | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.) **Reviewed Date:** April 14, 2021 **What do you like best about Devensoft?** The best part of Devensoft is that it links a target through the entire M&A process, from identification and lead mapping/scoring through to diligence (inclusive of a data room function) to project management within the PMI stage. Additionally, the document repository aids NDA, IOI/LOI collection and diligence documents. Reporting is relatively easy and the graphics are aesthetic enough for professional reporting. **What do you dislike about Devensoft?** The main concern is that it's not the easiest to use - once you understand the order of operations it's seamless, but it's not intuitive. That said, the development staff is very responsive and acts quickly to update/upgrade the platform based upon user experience. So far, they've greatly enhanced its functionality in response to our guidance. **What problems is Devensoft solving and how is that benefiting you?** I'm solving in two areas - lead tracking/scoring and process management. For small deals, with targets who would use box or google folders, Devensoft's Due Diligence Platform makes it easy to streamline a process and makes diligence efforts a lot easier. I've been able to organize diligence in a fashion that I couldn't do without paying for more expensive vendors (intralinks, etc.), and that expense would not be justified in many cases. ### 6. With Devensoft, we've been able to interconnect our processes and work even more efficiently. We have better visibility into our pipeline of opportunities, a streamlined due diligence plan, and seamless, detailed integration plan. **What do you dislike about Devensoft?** The operational reports are not that relevant for our particular reporting needs, but we were able to create the custom reports required via Power BI that is embedded in the analytical reporting section. It took some time to setup, but the team at Devensoft did a great job supporting us and now our reporting is largely streamlined in Power BI. **What problems is Devensoft solving and how is that benefiting you?** We have been able to streamline all steps of the M&A process into one system and create automated reporting. ### 7. Using this product has resulted in a standard web based tool providing better manage access rights for security and confidentiality, “one source of the truth” for pipeline management & reporting, document storage, multiple functions leveraging playbooks on integrations to document risk/issues/decisions, assigning owners, criticality and due dates, dashboard & summary views, to manage overall progress through go-live. In addition to the product benefits, the Devensoft team has been a true business partner, working with us to understand and meet our company’s solution requirements as our needs evolve. Which has been particularly important given we execute 30+ new acquisitions and divestitures per year. I would recommend Devensoft to any organization looking for an effective system to manage their acquisition activities from cradle to grave. **What do you dislike about Devensoft?** Over the past few years using this product we have not experienced any real downside. **What problems is Devensoft solving and how is that benefiting you?** Devensoft's product has helped us manage our portfolio of acquisitions from origination through integration. ### 8. Easy to customize & user friendly **What problems is Devensoft solving and how is that benefiting you?** With Devnsoft synergy tracker, we managed to create a "single source of truth", a one platform give full control of your synergy tracking (approving, rejecting, raising comments,..etc.) Also it acted as hub for all synergies, so you can find any information related to any synergy with a simple click of button ### 9.
