The platform centralizes past proposals, compliance documents, and questionnaires in a controlled knowledge base. An upload library extracts question-and-answer pairs from PDFs, spreadsheets, Word documents, and slide decks, which users review and approve before publishing into the knowledge base. A confidence gate filters drafts based on verified support, surfacing well-supported responses for review while withholding weaker ones. Final answers feed back into the knowledge base, expanding the reference library. Diligio subscription allows up to 1,000 collaborative seats, unlimited projects, and 1TB of storage.
