What do you like best about Diligio?

As a growing technology company, we frequently engage with enterprise customers and strategic partners that require detailed security and due diligence information before moving forward. Managing those requests manually was becoming increasingly time-consuming as our business expanded. Diligio has given us a structured way to centralise our responses, maintain consistency across departments, and reduce the effort involved in answering repetitive questionnaires.

From an executive perspective, what stands out most is the confidence it gives our team. Instead of relying on scattered documents or institutional knowledge, we now have a trusted repository of approved information that everyone can access. The AI-assisting drafting also provides a strong starting point, allowing our subject matter experts to focus on validating responses instead of creating them from scratch. What do you dislike about Diligio?

The initial on boarding process required us to invest time in organising our documentation so the platform could deliver the best results. While that effort has paid off, some additional executive reporting and dashboard customisation would make it easier to track long-term trends and team performance at a higher level.
