## Digitalsero Pricing FAQs

Generated using AI

Is Digitalsero free, or does it offer a free trial?

Yes. According to G2 data, Digitalsero offers a free plan with limited features. Users can upgrade to paid plans for additional capabilities. Visit the seller's official pricing page to compare plan options and features.

How much does Digitalsero cost in 2026?

According to G2 data, Digitalsero pricing in 2026 starts at $29.00 and can reach $249.00 depending on the selected plan. Pricing may vary based on billing terms or usage, so users should review the B5 Digital's official pricing page for the most current details.

Who is Digitalsero pricing best suited for?

Digitalsero's pricing is best suited for small marketing and advertising agencies managing client account access across platforms like Google, Meta, and TikTok. G2 reviewers are predominantly small businesses in marketing and advertising, with most finding strong fit at the Professional ($49/month) or Business ($99/month) tiers. Freelancers or solo operators with minimal monthly onboarding volume suit the Starter tier at $29/month. The Agency tier at $249/month targets multinational or rapidly scaling agencies needing 100+ monthly requests and unlimited team members. G2 reviews of Digitalsero indicate the pricing structure scales well with agency growth, with users explicitly planning tier upgrades as their client base expands.

What are the key differences between the free and paid versions of Digitalsero?

Digitalsero's free tier caps usage at 5 requests per month and 1 user, making it viable only for trial use or minimal client onboarding. G2 reviewers confirm the free tier delivers core functionality, with one small agency noting it does exactly what they need at their current growth stage. Digitalsero's paid plans unlock higher request volumes, overage options, additional team members, and white-labeling. White-labeling and subdomain access begin at the Professional tier ($49/month, 5 users, 20 requests). The Business ($99/month) and Agency ($249/month) tiers add subdomain support and scale to 10 or unlimited users respectively, with progressively lower overage rates per 5 additional requests.

Is Digitalsero considered good value for its pricing?

G2 reviewers rate Digitalsero 5.0/5, with multiple users explicitly citing affordability as a deciding factor. One G2 reviewer reported switching from a competitor and saving over $100/month, noting Digitalsero's pricing of Digitalsero tiers as significantly more competitive for equivalent functionality. Another reviewer selected the Professional plan at $49/month specifically because it avoided paying for overkill features common in digital marketing tools. G2 reviews of Digitalsero consistently highlight fast setup, responsive founder-level support, and time savings on client onboarding as core value drivers. The main value concern is the subdomain-only white-labeling limitation across paid tiers, with full custom domain support absent even at higher price points.

"This tool is exactly what our agency needed"

5/5

What do you like best about Digitalsero?

Big fan of Digitalsero.

Why I started looking for this type of tool:

I was finding it hard to stomach my team spending so much time trying to get access from clients for their social media accounts and google properties. Additionally, I was not a fan of clients having to spend their time figuring out how to navigate each platform in order to grant us access. Sometimes they are tech savvy enough and the process is simple, but in many cases they end up getting confused and it was starting to sour our onboarding process. We created loads of documentation, but platforms like Meta change their platform constantly and any documentation we created would quickly fall out of date. This is what eventually lead me to search for a tool like Digitalsero.

Why I picked Digitalsero:

1. Better value than other tools: I shopped around and this was the most affordable option I could find that still offered the base functionality I required.

2. I liked that it offered "Reusable links": This allowed me to put the access request links into a template email, which further enabled automation of our onboarding processes.

3. I liked the features: I didn't feel like I'd be paying for a solution that was overkill for my use-case, which is quite common for tools in the digital marketing space. Instead I was able to get everything I wanted in the Pro plan, such as the reusable links, white labeling, subdomain, team member accounts, and enough monthly requests to not worry about ever going over.

Since becoming a customer:

1. Setup: Extremely easy to set up. Not much more I could ask for, here.

2. Support: Alex has been fantastic in providing prompt support. He is very responsive and also does a good job at providing thorough explanations when you have a question. It feels like he wants to solve a problem with you, in the event it reveals an opportunity for him to make the software stronger. I've yet to encounter any issues with the tool itself, more-so just quirks with Meta, but these few experiences stood out to me and are reflective of the type of indvidiualized customer support that is hard to find these days. What do you dislike about Digitalsero?

No real downsides. Only thing I may point out is that the introduction of a pay-as-you-go plan would be cool and likely make the service even more accessible to small agencies. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Digitalsero solving and how is that benefiting you?

It saves us time on the tedious and repetitive task of getting access to our clients' social media profiles and Google properties. It also allows us to automate more steps of our onboarding process. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
