Big fan of Digitalsero.
Why I started looking for this type of tool:
I was finding it hard to stomach my team spending so much time trying to get access from clients for their social media accounts and google properties. Additionally, I was not a fan of clients having to spend their time figuring out how to navigate each platform in order to grant us access. Sometimes they are tech savvy enough and the process is simple, but in many cases they end up getting confused and it was starting to sour our onboarding process. We created loads of documentation, but platforms like Meta change their platform constantly and any documentation we created would quickly fall out of date. This is what eventually lead me to search for a tool like Digitalsero.
Why I picked Digitalsero:
1. Better value than other tools: I shopped around and this was the most affordable option I could find that still offered the base functionality I required.
2. I liked that it offered "Reusable links": This allowed me to put the access request links into a template email, which further enabled automation of our onboarding processes.
3. I liked the features: I didn't feel like I'd be paying for a solution that was overkill for my use-case, which is quite common for tools in the digital marketing space. Instead I was able to get everything I wanted in the Pro plan, such as the reusable links, white labeling, subdomain, team member accounts, and enough monthly requests to not worry about ever going over.
Since becoming a customer:
1. Setup: Extremely easy to set up. Not much more I could ask for, here.
2. Support: Alex has been fantastic in providing prompt support. He is very responsive and also does a good job at providing thorough explanations when you have a question. It feels like he wants to solve a problem with you, in the event it reveals an opportunity for him to make the software stronger. I've yet to encounter any issues with the tool itself, more-so just quirks with Meta, but these few experiences stood out to me and are reflective of the type of indvidiualized customer support that is hard to find these days. No real downsides. Only thing I may point out is that the introduction of a pay-as-you-go plan would be cool and likely make the service even more accessible to small agencies. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
