**Describe the project or task Digital Eagles helped with:**

The live chat system is perfect for asking users and customers to generally evaluate the site and what they are looking for. We find out if the user is happy and satisfied and if he was able to find what he was looking for on our site. It is a way to automate this type of service and make it easy for the user to evaluate by clicking on only one link.

**What do you like best about Digital Eagles?**

Digital Eagles allows us to send a review link immediately after a transaction is completed by the user. This link redirects to a portal with some of the best review sites, and the customer can leave their feedback right away.

**What do you dislike about Digital Eagles?**

I didn't find or get a problem using Digital Eagles. The tool is contributing significantly to the growth and collection of feedback.

**What problems is Digital Eagles solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We have an average of at least 10% contributing to an assessment. This helps a lot to gather feedback and know where the company can improve the service.
