User experience, ease of use, design, functionality...everything! Our previous school app was done on DIY software that frequently had user issues. When we switched to Digistorm about a year ago, the process was very smooth and the finished app is everything we hoped for (and more!). The new app that Digistorm created for our school is well organized, easy to use, and looks great. The customer service is also exceptional. Not only is the front end user experience phenomenal, they have thought of the back end user as well. Clean, simple and fit-for-purpose in the K-12 education space. I love everything about it.
