**What do you like best about DiFlex?**

I liked that DiFlex made the telephone research process much faster and cheaper. Its features enabled us to conduct research in the most flexible way.

**What do you dislike about DiFlex?**

Even thought it works on android system it does not have android application which was a bit inconvinient for us. Would be perfect to add this feature

**What problems is DiFlex solving and how is that benefiting you?**

As setting up of call center was very expensive for us, DiFlex made it much cheaper and faster, due to no installation cost and several dialer methods such as simple, progressive, predictive etc. This made me as a user very productive and increased the overall business performance.

**What do you like best about DiFlex?**

The best funtion of Diflex so far is orginising all features in one space such as calling, filling survey and monitoring results which makes Diflex stand out from their competitors.

**What do you dislike about DiFlex?**

The product does have IOS system. It would be very helpful for us if they consider it in the future.

**What problems is DiFlex solving and how is that benefiting you?**

DiFlex helped us organise the process of phone research itself. While using DIFlex our operators are working just in one virtual space, where they are making calls, filling surveys and monitoring results.
