**What do you like best about Dezide?**

The idea of Dezide’s guides as a progress of troubleshooting with user interactivity is something that I love. It’s amazing to have some flow chart where customer can get they guide themselves on some problems and leave fewer burdens on my support team.

**What do you dislike about Dezide?**

When a visitor gets stuck on a guide and decides to ask a question, it does not redirect the user to the exact problem they are facing. It would be very hard for my support reps to understand the issue being faced by the user.

**What problems is Dezide solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Dezide’s resources have enabled in some cases for our customer to fix minor problems by themselves. This has helped me save time for more complex issues and improve on the resolution rates of the support team.
