What do you like best about Detrics?

I liked the fact that it was very easy to connect to my systems. We were wasting a lot of time copy and pasting data from meta, google, tiktok, stripe to sheets. And now everything is automated and synced. If some data import fails they always send a notification email.

I use it every week for around 1 hour.

To implement it we had to tell our analysts to install it in their spreadsheet and start automating the data imports they did manually.

The customer support is via live chat open 40 hours a week.

They have simple connections to every platform with some clicks. You grant access via OAuth screens and there you go. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
