## DeskIn Reviews
  ### 1. Unbeatable Free Remote Access Solution

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Wyn T. | Marketing Lead, Information Technology and Services, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**What do you like best about DeskIn?**

I find DeskIn to be an unbeatable remote access tool, especially when I'm traveling overseas for work. I appreciate the convenience of leaving my work laptop at the office and using my mobile device to access it on the go. The free version of DeskIn is incredibly generous, offering enough features for everyday connection and light work without any limitations. It's great that I haven't faced any restrictions like time limits or blocks that are common in other 'free' software tools I've tried. Also, the seamless connection between my devices, which includes my iPhone, iPad, Android tablet, Windows laptop, and work MacBook, is a huge plus. The remote access has very low latency, so watching videos or doing anything graphics-heavy was still a breeze. Setting up DeskIn was quite painless and only took a few minutes. Considering a potential upgrade to support them further, the free version alone already provides a high value.

**What do you dislike about DeskIn?**

The free version doesn't allow file transfer between mobile device to PC, that is only allowed in the paid version.

**What problems is DeskIn solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use DeskIn to access my work computer from anywhere, helping me avoid carrying a heavy laptop. The tool is seamless across multiple devices and offers a generous free version without the limitations of other free remote access tools.

  ### 2. Very Responsive, Seamless File Transfers Between iOS and Android

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**What do you like best about DeskIn?**

It's very responsive. File transfer functionality is also a feature i surprisingly love after awhile that eases file transfer between iOS and android.

**What do you dislike about DeskIn?**

UIUX feels abit cluttered and have room for improvement.

**What problems is DeskIn solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Remotely accessing files has been the best use for me because of the convenience it brings vs uploading downloading from cloud. Being able to travel light and show the screen of my desktop to others as a visual tool has been helpful as well
