## deskbird Reviews
 ### 1. Easy to Use & Great for Hybrid Planning

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Yehani A. | People Operations Specialist, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 29, 2026

**What do you like best about deskbird?**

Deskbird is really easy to use and makes booking desks straightforward. It is especially helpful being able to see where colleagues are sitting, which makes it much easier to plan team days, collaborate in person, and coordinate when people are in the office.

**What do you dislike about deskbird?**

The main downside for us is that it does not integrate seamlessly with our HRIS, HiBob. Better integration between the two systems would help reduce manual updates, improve data accuracy, and create a smoother overall user experience.

**What problems is deskbird solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Deskbird helps solve the challenge of coordinating office attendance in a hybrid working environment. It allows people to plan their office days in advance, see when colleagues will be in, and make better decisions about when to come in for meetings or collaboration. This helps improve flexibility, coordination, and use of office space.

 ### 2. Deskbird Made Desk Booking Easy, Accurate, and Hassle-Free

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Daniel W. | Facilities Assistant, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 20, 2026

**What do you like best about deskbird?**

We were using a very old-school system before we moved to Deskbird, whereby staff would book their desk for the week via email. Deskbird removed all the issues we were having with this old system - where desks not being accounted, removing human error. It allowed everybody to manage their own schedules accordingly.

Along with a very easy to use and visually pleasing floor plan, it also allowed for accountability in their scheduling. People would often book desks and not cancel, either forgetting, being unwell or by choice to secure spaces. Now if you do not physically check in by a certain time on site, it automatically cancels your desk and allows other colleagues to come in that day if they were waiting or needing to do so.

Overall the system is very east to use, especially if you're on the go or don't have access to your laptop at home - the app is a great feature!

**What do you dislike about deskbird?**

There’s not much to dislike. The idea is to make hot-desking easier, and it does that well. That said, as someone who tends to sit in the same place (because of how our specific team works), it would be great to have an even quicker booking option. Ideally, I could choose the allowed date range in advance and book the same seat for that entire period in one action, rather than having to repeat the process each time.

**What problems is deskbird solving and how is that benefiting you?**

As per my previous answer, it took the pressure off the department that was managing the schedules of around 100 people.

Unfortunately, human error can happen and people can get missed off. Deskbird fixes that issue: everyone is responsible for their own bookings and is treated like the adults they are!

It's also great using the floor plan as a personal tool and knowing where everyone is sitting in the office and who is due in on what day! As someone who is in direct contact with many colleagues day-by-day, having an at-a-glance floor plan is so beneficial and can save so much time instead of wandering around looking for people.

**Official Response from Priyanshu Gautam:**

 ### 3. Streamlined Desk Management, Easy to Use

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Samantha R. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 12, 2026

**What do you like best about deskbird?**

I like that deskbird is really easy to use and straightforward. It's helpful because you're able to plan up to a month ahead and have clear clarity as to what your month looks like. It also lets you facilitate where you're sitting. The setup was simple and straightforward, with no issues, which I appreciate. It works great for allocating my teams and arranging seating, ensuring there's space for me. I'm using it with a hybrid work model which is great because I can identify days that are busy and when my stakeholders will be in. We used it on a trial basis and ended up loving it.

**What do you dislike about deskbird?**

The only thing I would say is maybe extending the period. Giving us maybe two months instead of one month.

**What problems is deskbird solving and how is that benefiting you?**

deskbird helps me manage office space availability. It makes hybrid work scheduling easier by showing when it's busy and which stakeholders are in. It's straightforward, lets me plan seating arrangements, and provides clarity on my monthly schedule.

 ### 4. Effortless Desk Booking with Seamless Auto-Check-In

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Amber M. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 12, 2026

**What do you like best about deskbird?**

I use deskbird to book desks within our office and it's very easy to use. I particularly love the auto-check-in feature, which uses my location to check me in when I'm close to the office. It makes getting in super easy and saves me the dread of forgetting to check in, which could result in someone else booking my seat. The initial setup was very easy too, just downloaded the app and I was ready to go.

**What do you dislike about deskbird?**

Generally no issues, but some of my colleagues complain about forgetting to check in. If they don't want to switch on location sharing for the auto check-in feature, it might be good to have more notifications to remind people before the time runs out.

**What problems is deskbird solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use deskbird to book desks easily in our limited office space, ensuring availability. The auto-check-in feature saves me from forgetting to check in, preventing my booking from timing out.

 ### 5. Great floor plan and quick booking, but the app can be slow to load

**Rating:** 3.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Marketing and Advertising | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 12, 2026

**What do you like best about deskbird?**

I like the floor plan view, and that you can apply pictures to your profile so you don't have to rely on initials for identifying your team. I also really like the suggestions and quick book option, as this makes the booking process so much quicker. I also like that I can do this from both my phone and desktop and it was quite easy to set up.

**What do you dislike about deskbird?**

The app can be quite slow to load, which can be a problem when you need to battle it out for a desk in the morning just after 9am when the desks become available.

**What problems is deskbird solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We have a limited number of desks available in our office, and this app allows us to book our desks easily and also see where our team members have booked, so we can ensure to sit with the relevant team when necessary for collaboration. It also allows us to do this from anywhere, whether we are on AL or in office.

 ### 6. Great for Seeing Who’s in the Office Ahead of Time

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Silvia R. | HR Manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 25, 2026

**What do you like best about deskbird?**

It's great to be able to check in advance the colleagues that will be at the office on the same day.

**What do you dislike about deskbird?**

I'd like to be able to track my working time as well (as an HR team member, this is a feature we need to do but it would be great to include it in the same tool)

**What problems is deskbird solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are a small office with a flexible hybrid working model. In the past, we sometimes had a full house with no available seats, while at other times I would go to the office and spend the whole day alone. Now I can check in advance whether there will be people in the office, who they are, and whether going in makes sense. If I need a quiet workspace, I can also see ahead of time if the office will be a good choice for focused work.

 ### 7. Intuitive interface, reliable synchronization: a huge progress

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Stéphanie M. | Assistant de direction - Responsable des moyens généraux, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 27, 2026

**What do you like best about deskbird?**

Perfectly intuitive interface, user-friendly and especially admin-friendly. The multiple usage channels (Teams, Web, mobile, etc.) make the app indispensable on a daily basis. In over a year of use, there have been no synchronization or SSO issues. The performance/cost ratio is extremely competitive. Finally, the support response time, when assistance is needed for less common features, is quick and effective.

**What do you dislike about deskbird?**

RAS - from deployment to usage, everything is smooth. I have saved several weeks of management compared to our previous solution.

**What problems is deskbird solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The ultra simplicity of use convinces even the most reluctant to book. The perfect sync with Outlook has completely eliminated duplicate room bookings. I no longer spend weekly hours finding relocation solutions.

 ### 8. Easy to Use, Seamless Teams Integration, and a Great Mobile App

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Amy L. | IT Support, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 12, 2026

**What do you like best about deskbird?**

Easy to use for both end users and admins. It integrates well with Teams, and the mobile app is nice and straightforward to use. Easiest way to view Meeting Room Calendars in once screen.

**What do you dislike about deskbird?**

I love to bulk book my days and desk for a month at a time, but I wish I could bulk delete bookings that were made by mistake.

**What problems is deskbird solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Staff who spend more time on the road and on-site than in our head office can book free desks whenever they need to come in and do admin work. This means they can guarantee they’ll have a space to work when they arrive. We also use Events to announce company lunches and let users RSVP, so we can get accurate numbers.

**Official Response from Priyanshu Gautam:**

> Dear Amy,

 ### 9. Efficient Desk Booking with Visual Selection

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Phillip B. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 11, 2026

**What do you like best about deskbird?**

I really appreciate how deskbird lets us book desks ahead of time to ensure I always have a spot. I particularly like the feature where it shows a picture of my office, allowing me to graphically choose my favorite desk. It's also helpful because I can see where my colleagues are sitting, which helps me sit closer to those I work well with and boosts my productivity. The initial setup was super easy since it matched with our SSL tool.

**What do you dislike about deskbird?**

I'm not sure—it's mainly internal issues that are bad.

**What problems is deskbird solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use deskbird to book desks ahead of time, ensuring I get a spot. It shows office pictures so I can pick my favorite desk and sit near colleagues I work well with, boosting my productivity.

 ### 10. Unstable Performance Limits Desk Reservation Experience

**Rating:** 3.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Cara C. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 11, 2026

**What do you like best about deskbird?**

I find it helpful that deskbird lets me book a desk in the office before I actually get there, which makes things easier. I also appreciate the feature that allows canceling people's bookings if they didn't check in, as it helps manage desk availability.

**What do you dislike about deskbird?**

It's not stable when I need to use it, like in the tube, and when other apps were working, it was not. The slot opened too early, at 7am, which is just too much. Our company wifi is blocking it too, so I need to switch off the wifi to access it, but I understand that's not about Deskbird.

**What problems is deskbird solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use deskbird to find a desk before getting into the office. It allows canceling bookings if people don't check in.

 ### 11. Seamless Desk Reservation with Floor Plan Customization

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Megan H. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 19, 2026

**What do you like best about deskbird?**

I really like that you can upload your own office floor plan, which has been super helpful since we've moved offices a couple of times. It's nice to be able to upload new floor plans to suit each space, making it a lot more personal to the kind of layout of our office. It's really convenient to see where everyone is sitting based on that floor plan, and it also helps us manage seating when there's an overflow of people, allowing us to see how much space we have left. It makes it easier to prepare for where everyone else can sit. I also think deskbird is pretty easy to use.

**What do you dislike about deskbird?**

I do think, actually, one negative aspect could be that if you are not working from home or the office and you're on-site, it would be good to have options to specify times rather than putting in business travel, which covers all day.

**What problems is deskbird solving and how is that benefiting you?**

deskbird lets me reserve desks ahead, ensuring I have a spot and needed equipment. It helps track how many people will be in the office, managing overflow effectively and allowing us to coordinate seating.

**Official Response from Priyanshu Gautam:**

> Dear Megan,

Thank you very much for your great review! 💜

 ### 12. Simple and convenient management tool

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Anna S. | Senior Transport Specialist, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 06, 2026

**What do you like best about deskbird?**

What I like about Deskbird is that it is very easy to use, everything is clear, there are no complications, and it takes very little time to make a booking and plan your schedule. We use Deskbird for parking reservations, and it is very convenient to plan in advance when we have limited spaces. It is also convenient to plan which room the project team will sit in, especially when many are working from home. I like that Deskbird integrates with MS Teams and sends notifications to Outlook, which is also very convenient. I think the setup of Deskbird was very easy, as I would have remembered if it had been difficult.

**What do you dislike about deskbird?**

I don't quite understand how to delete a reservation once it's made. It would be convenient if you could immediately click on your reservation and cancel it in case of changes in plans. This is a bit unclear and takes some time. Honestly, I couldn't find how to cancel parking, for example.

**What problems is deskbird solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use deskbird for booking parking and planning office projects. It is convenient for offices with limited spaces and remote teams. Deskbird is easy to use, doesn't take much time, and integrates with MS Teams and Outlook for notifications.

**Official Response from Priyanshu Gautam:**

> Dear Anna,

Thank you very much for your great review! 💜

If you have any further questions or requests, feel free to contact us anytime via our Help Center or directly at support@deskbird.com.

 ### 13. Easy, Fast Bookings with a Clear All-in-One Layout in Teams

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Logistics and Supply Chain | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 02, 2026

**What do you like best about deskbird?**

I like that you can see everything at one place, when you look at the layout see what is available and what isn't. One of my favorite feature is that I can follow colleagues I usually work with, and can schedule my weeks easier when to join them in the office. Bookings are also easy and fast on computer. The fact that it is integrated in teams also helps with this.

**What do you dislike about deskbird?**

Sometimes I get lost which day am I looking at. Head title and side bar when you are in the booking section is too large compared to the layout of the office. I also don't like how the check-in works, I tend to forget to check in, because it's a small text next to my bookings. If I could check in with maybe accepting the invitation in outlook or have it popup somewhere when I open teams with bigger text I think it would be harder to forget. For me using the app on phone is much harder, would like to see a phone friendly interface.

**What problems is deskbird solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I think it helps with organizing everyday in the office. Helps with bonding and working when you sit next to your closest colleagues. When I know I'll have an important meeting, I can book meeting rooms or phone cabins.

**Official Response from Priyanshu Gautam:**

> Dear User,

Thank you very much for your great review! 💜

 ### 14. Gets the job done but could be smoother

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Logistics and Supply Chain | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 02, 2026

**What do you like best about deskbird?**

It covers the basics well. You can book a desk, see the floor plan, and it just works for that. Setup was pretty straightforward, didn't need much help to get started. For a hybrid office tool it does what you expect it to do. The web version is decent enough for daily use.

**What do you dislike about deskbird?**

The Teams integration is really bad, especially on mobile it barely works properly. The interface feels clunky, too many clicks to do simple things. Features you actually use the most, like checking if a colleague is in the office, are kind of buried instead of being front and center. Sometimes the screen resolution is also off which doesn't help. It feels like the UX wasn't designed around what people actually do every day.

**What problems is deskbird solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We have a hybrid setup so people come to the office on different days. Deskbird helps us book desks and see who's coming in so you can plan your week around it. Before this we had no real system for it, just guessing or asking around on chat. Now at least there is one place where you check availability and book your spot. It's not perfect but it beats having nothing.

 ### 15. Deskbird review

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Logistics and Supply Chain | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 02, 2026

**What do you like best about deskbird?**

I like the map view and that all the details like floor, space name, concrete desk numbers are available. Also that everything including meeting rooms and parking lot can be manged from one space.

**What do you dislike about deskbird?**

I don"t like that there is no mobile friendly version / view. On the phone it's complicate to even get in to the website / app and then there is a very limited view. I understand that it's due to limitations of the small screen, but you essentially can't see who is in, who booked what, only see a list of your own booking and can't check even where that is. It would be nice to a least have the option to switch to a full / desktop version temporarily, where you can zoom in on everything.

**What problems is deskbird solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It's solving the problem of capacity, it helps to be aware who from your colleagues are in with whom it would be good to meet with. In some case even descriptions available so that you are aware that a specific space have a specific function..

 ### 16. flexible and effective space usage

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Irem K. | Specialist, Corporate Development, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 20, 2026

**What do you like best about deskbird?**

The system feels intuitive and easy to navigate.
The option to upload photos of the meeting rooms is really helpful. Features like priority access and restricted access also give us more flexibility in how we manage and use our spaces.

I also like the map overview; it’s especially useful for new colleagues and internal visitors.

**What do you dislike about deskbird?**

The team members schedule overview could be easier to find, rather than having to search for your team in a dropdown menu.

It would be helpful if the system showed your team members’ office schedules by default.

**What problems is deskbird solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It helps manage flexible space usage more effectively and makes it easier to coordinate office presence. It also improves orientation and navigation in larger offices.

**Official Response from Priyanshu Gautam:**

> Dear Irem,

Thank you very much for your great review! 💜

If you have any further questions or requests, feel free to contact us anytime via our Help Center or directly at support@deskbird.com.

 ### 17. Streamlined Desk Booking with Insightful Office Utilization

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jackie d. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 30, 2026

**What do you like best about deskbird?**

I like using deskbird to book desks for myself and others. It lets me know how many desks are available and the specific desk numbers. I appreciate that it helps me plan for the supplies I buy for the office by providing information on how busy the office is going to be daily, weekly, and monthly. It seems okay to use, and I give it a 10 out of 10 recommendation.

**What do you dislike about deskbird?**

People do not use it fully, like adding holiday days for better desk management.

**What problems is deskbird solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use deskbird to book desks and track availability, helping me plan supplies by showing how busy the office will be daily, weekly, and monthly. It indicates available desks and numbers, making my work easier.

 ### 18. Intuitive and practical tool, effective client tracking

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** vanessa N. | Office Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 12, 2025

**What do you like best about deskbird?**

The tool is intuitive and practical for internal management, and the client tracking is really effective.

**What do you dislike about deskbird?**

The learning curve can be a bit long when discovering the tool. Too many notifications or alerts can be overwhelming if they are not well configured.

**What problems is deskbird solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Problems that Deskbird solves:
Management of spaces and workstations: no more headaches with unassigned or overloaded desks.
Simplified booking: employees can easily book meeting rooms or workstations, which avoids conflicts and duplicates.
Flexibility in flex office: Deskbird allows for quick visualization of space availability, facilitating hybrid work and last-minute adjustments.
Tracking and transparency: the tool centralizes information on the occupancy of offices and rooms, helping management make decisions based on real data.

Benefits for us:
Time and efficiency savings in the daily management of spaces.
Better organization and fluidity for teams.
Reduction of conflicts related to bookings.

**Official Response from Priyanshu Gautam:**

> Hi Vanessa,

thank you for your G2 review! We’re really happy to hear deskbird feels intuitive and practical for your day-to-day internal management — and that client tracking is working effectively for you. 💜

It’s also great to read how deskbird is helping you reduce desk “headaches,” simplify meeting room and workstation bookings, and bring more flexibility and transparency to hybrid work through clear availability and occupancy insights. Saving time, improving team flow, and reducing booking conflicts is exactly what we aim for.

We also really appreciate your honest feedback on the learning curve and notifications. Discovering all the features can take a bit of time, and we completely understand how alerts can feel overwhelming if they’re not configured to match your needs. The good news: in your profile settings, you can choose which notifications you want to receive and how (e.g., email vs. in-app), so you can tailor deskbird to what’s relevant for you and keep things noise-free. If you’d like, our support team is happy to guide you through the best setup.

If you have any more ideas or wishes, feel free to share them via our Help Center or reach out anytime at support@deskbird.com - we’re always happy to help!

Your deskbird Team

 ### 19. Effortless Desk Booking, But Annoying Check-Ins

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ibolya H. | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 26, 2026

**What do you like best about deskbird?**

I use deskbird to book my desk in the office where I work. I always have a desk, and especially that one which I prefer if I book on time. I never end up arriving at the office and not having a free spot where to sit. I really appreciate always being able to sit at the desk I prefer the most. The app is fast on my phone, and it is simple to use. I can always see who will be there that day, which is good, so I don't have to ask them.

**What do you dislike about deskbird?**

I just usually forget to check in the next day. Anyway, I book a table, nobody will sit there. So why check in? I keep receiving notifications which bothers a bit. I just don't need the check-in option, to be honest, as I usually don't check in, I just let it be to remove me.

**What problems is deskbird solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use deskbird to book my desk in the office. It solves the problem of not having a free spot to sit by ensuring I always have my preferred desk if I book on time.

 ### 20. Deskbird Makes Office Booking a Breeze

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Guillermo T. | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 26, 2026

**What do you like best about deskbird?**

I find deskbird really easy to use and super intuitive. It has a cool interface that lets me see a model of my office, making it easier to book desks. I appreciate being able to see which colleagues have booked desks so I can choose to be near them. The initial setup was super easy; I could log in and book a desk for the next day right after the company's setup. Overall, deskbird really helps a lot in my day-to-day tasks, which is why I'd rate it a 10 out of 10 in terms of recommending it to others.

**What do you dislike about deskbird?**

Maybe to book desks in advance, more than a week, if I'm going to be on holiday but want to book a desk for a couple of weeks in advance, that could be useful

**What problems is deskbird solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use deskbird to book my favorite desk spot easily at work. It's intuitive, shows a model of the office, and lets me see where colleagues sit. The setup was super easy, just log in and book.

 ### 21. Simplifies Office Workspace Management Seamlessly

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Miguel S. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 26, 2026

**What do you like best about deskbird?**

I use deskbird for booking my seat at the office daily, which solves potential discussions about where everyone sits. I appreciate deskbird's simplicity and user-friendly design, as it's a basic idea that works perfectly and helps in day-to-day planning. Everything feels intuitive, so I can quickly book a desk, check who's in the office, or adjust my schedule without having to think about it. The clean, fast interface doesn't overwhelm with options, saving time and reducing friction. Its straightforward design makes the hybrid work experience much more efficient and enjoyable. I find the initial setup very easy and intuitive, and because it's so easy to navigate, I use it consistently, making collaboration smoother and helping avoid booking conflicts.

**What do you dislike about deskbird?**

I can't book my clock in time earlier than 9am and I start work at 6:30. If there is an option to set it before, I can't find it. Most of the time the app is quick but on mobile there are times where screens take a bit longer to load. A performance boost would make the experience better. A clearer, more centralized overview of teammates on site plans would really help coordination.

**What problems is deskbird solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Deskbird simplifies daily office seat booking, reducing discussions about seating and improving coordination with teammates. Its user-friendly design makes booking desks and checking schedules easy, enhancing daily planning efficiency and enjoyment.

 ### 22. Makes Office Days, Desk Neighbors, and Meeting Room Bookings Easy

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Bert K. | Carrier (LSP) Development Manager, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 05, 2026

**What do you like best about deskbird?**

It is helpful in seeing who will be in the office any given day, and also where your colleagues have booked desks, if you want to sit with them. It is also useful for booking meeting rooms. It is easy to use, easy to implement for office wide use.

**What do you dislike about deskbird?**

I have experienced on a few occasions glitching and buggy behavior, for example, showing previous day's bookings as today, and some issues with booking desks itself, where it states that you booked a desk, but then it doesn't show.

**What problems is deskbird solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It solves booking desks in this share desk system at offices, and for making seeting arrangements for team meetings.

**Official Response from Priyanshu Gautam:**

> Dear Bert,

Thank you very much for your great review! 💜

 ### 23. Effortless Desk Booking with Visual Appeal

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jorge R. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 26, 2026

**What do you like best about deskbird?**

I use deskbird to book a desk in my office and know which colleagues will be attending, which helps us collaborate. I really like that it's super easy to use, straightforward, and very visual. It doesn't take any time from my day since it's super fast to book a space and do the check-in. It's not just another app that annoys me daily, it's supereasy to set up, and we barely had to do anything.

**What do you dislike about deskbird?**

Sometimes I book a space but then I forget to check-in. I would like to get a reminder or a pop-up window that can easily let me do that so it's not forgotten.

**What problems is deskbird solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Deskbird to book a desk and know which colleagues will be in the office for collaboration, ensuring available space and enhancing teamwork. It's super easy, straightforward, visual, and quick to use, taking no time from my day.

 ### 24. Intuitive and Efficient Desk Booking Solution

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Samantha B. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 16, 2026

**What do you like best about deskbird?**

I like how user-friendly and instinctive deskbird is. There are no complicated menus or steps for setting things up or maintaining them, and that's really appealing. We don't have time to learn complicated interfaces, so the ease of use encourages us to actually use it. The initial setup of deskbird was really easy too.

**What do you dislike about deskbird?**

I’d like to be able to go back in time to see what I booked last week or last month. We use it to see how many days people were tracking that they’d work from home so easier and more detailed insights would be good.

**What problems is deskbird solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We use deskbird to book desks easily, ensuring everyone has a spot in our small office with fewer desks than people. It simplifies team communication about who is in the office, traveling, or working remotely.

**Official Response from Priyanshu Gautam:**

> Dear Samantha,

Thank you very much for your great review! 💜

 ### 25. The easiest to use desk booking software

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Josh B. | Founder, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 26, 2025

**What do you like best about deskbird?**

What I like best about deskbird is how quickly it became part of the everyday routine for our team. The interface is clean, intuitive, and genuinely easy for people to pick up without training, which is rare for workplace tools. Booking a desk, a meeting room, or planning a few days in the office takes seconds, not minutes, and the mobile app makes it just as simple when you’re on the move.

Beyond the basics, the real value is in how deskbird supports hybrid work rather than just tracking it. Features like office attendance planning, team schedules, and favourites make it much easier to coordinate who’s in when, so people come into the office for collaboration rather than just for the sake of it. The analytics are also very helpful: we get a clear, real-time view of space usage and attendance, which makes conversations about office layout, capacity, and cost far less emotional and far more data driven.

**What do you dislike about deskbird?**

If I had to pick something, it would be that once people get used to deskbird, they’re reluctant to go back to any other way of organising hybrid work. It raises expectations. Colleagues now expect the same level of clarity and simplicity from other workplace tools, which makes older systems look even clunkier than they already are.

The only other “downside” is that it surfaces a lot of useful data about office usage and attendance, which has a habit of ending certain long-running debates very quickly. If you enjoy arguing based on gut feeling rather than facts, that might be a bit inconvenient.

**What problems is deskbird solving and how is that benefiting you?**

deskbird has effectively put an end to the daily question of “where am I sitting today?” for our small team. Even though there are only ten of us, we always thought we could manage desk arrangements informally, but in practice, it led to confusion. People would arrive and end up playing musical chairs—sometimes we’d all be squeezed into one corner, while on other days, half the office would be empty and no one would be near the colleagues they needed to work with.

Now that we use deskbird for desk booking, everything is much more predictable and fair. Everyone can check which desks are available and reserve a spot ahead of time, so there are no conflicts, no awkward moments over seats, and no wasted space. Coordinating team days in the office is also much simpler, since we can easily see who’s coming in and make sure we’re sitting together. The advantage is straightforward but significant: less hassle, more focus, and a small office that finally feels organised rather than chaotic.

**Official Response from Priyanshu Gautam:**

> Hi Josh,

thank you so much for sharing this outstanding review! We’re genuinely thrilled that deskbird became part of your team’s routine so quickly, and that the clean, intuitive interface (on web and mobile) makes booking desks, meeting rooms, and office days feel effortless. 💜

We especially love your point about deskbird supporting hybrid work rather than just tracking it — helping teams coordinate intentionally, come in for real collaboration, and use analytics to make space decisions more data-driven is exactly what we aim for. And your “downsides” gave us a big smile: raising expectations and ending gut-feeling debates faster is a pretty great problem to have. 😊

It’s also wonderful to hear how deskbird brought order and fairness to your small office setup — no more musical chairs, no wasted space, and much easier team days. That’s the kind of everyday impact we’re here for.

 ### 26. Event Features and Reporting Need Improvement Despite Easy Desk Booking

**Rating:** 1.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jeanne K. | Office & event coordinator, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 25, 2025

**What do you like best about deskbird?**

Desk & meeting room bookings are great and easy to use. It also easy to see who is in the office which helps navigating bigger offices.

**What do you dislike about deskbird?**

The event features have quite a few limitations. Some features that would help are; Ability to set deadline for RSVP to events, Satisfaction element when executing events, Ability to invite single members when invite is "office wide".

For groups and policies - It would be nice if the sync with HRIS could update both user groups and policies.

Hybrid work policy reporting - Ability to choose what dates you need for the export, Ability to choose what information is needed in the export (location, name, policy), More simple overview in the export (e.g. segmented into weeks/day showing "office", "office no check in", etc.)

**What problems is deskbird solving and how is that benefiting you?**

They are solving space management issues in offices whether desks are assigned to employees or not. They create an easy booking system with a good overview of who is in the office. Creating an easy overview for HR and for managers

**Official Response from Priyanshu Gautam:**

> Hi Jeanne,

thank you for your detailed review! We’re glad to hear desk and meeting room bookings work smoothly for you, and that the office overview helps your teams navigate larger spaces — that’s exactly the kind of clarity deskbird is meant to provide. 💜

**What do you like best about deskbird?**

I use deskbird for booking a work desk in our office, and it really helps with finding a place to work since our office has less capacity than the total number of people working there. I like the map it provides while booking, which makes it easier to navigate in the office and visualizes the office nicely. It's really good for newcomers. I also like the reminder about booking, reminding me where I should sit next time. The simplicity and the whole design of deskbird are great.

**What do you like best about deskbird?**

The concept is great, and allows me to know that I have a desk on arriving to the office (or that I don't) instead of the uncertainty. I also like the fairness with which people lose their seat if they don't check in. The app is easy to use and the floorplan function is intuitive.

**What do you dislike about deskbird?**

The app is very slow and regularly fails to load. It isn't clear why this happens sometimes and can't be reset easily.

**What problems is deskbird solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Knowing whether I will have access to second screens, or whether I need to bring my own mouse and charging cable

**What do you like best about deskbird?**

I like that Deskbird is simple and quick to use. Additionally, the map section that shows all the available desks and which colleagues will be in the office that day is very useful to me. It helps me decide where to sit if I am working on a joint project with any of them.

**What do you dislike about deskbird?**

It might be interesting on the day you go to the office for some kind of pop-up or message to appear, so you don't forget to validate that you've gone to the office and, let's say, to log in.

Deskbird makes it easy for me to reserve a spot in the office before going, ensuring I have a place and avoiding the need to search for where to sit. Additionally, it provides visibility of colleagues and what equipment I have available, ideal for joint projects.

 ### 32. User-Friendly Tool with Room for Improvement

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Marko B. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 21, 2023

**What do you like best about deskbird?**

I find the product incredibly beneficial for office efficiency, particularly in adhering to our hybrid working policy, which helps to ensure that employees are in the office when needed and reduces operational costs. I appreciate how it connects colleagues and enhances office collaboration, which really brings people together. The whole setup was straightforward, growing more robust over time with new features being added, making it quite simple to use. I love the booking features which are top-notch, allowing us to manage meetings more efficiently than using Google Calendars. The layout view offers a comprehensive view of who is present and which meeting rooms are available, making it easy for us to coordinate our workspaces seamlessly. The platform is user-friendly and easy to navigate, even for new joiners who can figure it out quickly, giving it an edge over other tools. Additionally, it streamlines our event planning by putting all tasks related to office and event experience under one umbrella, which is extremely helpful in managing on-site activities smoothly.

**What do you dislike about deskbird?**

{"The events feature really gets messy and lags a lot, causing issues despite it being a crucial part of our initiatives. This results in a less efficient workflow.","The hybrid working policy reports require a lot of extra manual work for our company’s situation, which is not ideal. It would be amazing if this could be improved for ease of use.","The advanced analytics of the platform are insufficient. They lack valuable insights and comprehensive reports, which limits our ability to fully utilize data for decision-making.","The rising costs are concerning. As prices increase, the quality should improve accordingly to justify the cost, but this hasn't been clearly evident so far."}

 ### 43. Effortless Desk Booking with Intuitive Setup

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Sonia B.

**Reviewed Date:** November 20, 2025

**What do you like best about deskbird?**

I love how deskbird is easy and simple to use, making my tasks feel effortless. The user interface is not only intuitive but also visually appealing, which enhances my overall experience. I find the setup process incredibly quick, as it only took a few days to integrate deskbird into our environment, even with office maps and Active Directory. Its fast performance means I can complete my bookings without delay, making it a highly efficient tool. This ease of setup and integration saves significant time and effort, allowing me to focus on more important tasks. The application’s ability to seamlessly manage desk and gym bookings in an unassigned desk environment adds great value to our office workflow.

**What do you dislike about deskbird?**

I dislike the current functionality where group policies are applied only to individual users rather than allowing for group-level policy settings with exceptions for individual users. This limitation makes it difficult to manage policies efficiently. Additionally, the lack of a comprehensive office overview feature that lets employees see if their colleagues are working from home or the office complicates coordination within teams.

**What problems is deskbird solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use deskbird for easy desk and gym reservations, simplifying our non-assigned office setup. It saves us time with simple integration, fast setup, and a nice UI, improving overall efficiency.

**Official Response from Priyanshu Gautam:**

> Hi Sonia,

thank you so much for your wonderful review! We’re thrilled to hear deskbird feels effortless to use, that the UI works so well for you, and that the rollout with office maps and Active Directory was quick and smooth. It’s great that desk and gym bookings are making your unassigned office setup more efficient. 💜

On your points around policies and visibility, a quick note that might help: users can be assigned to different groups, and policies can be created and applied at the group level based on those assignments. Have you already tried setting it up that way? If not, we’re happy to walk you through it.

Regarding the broader office overview: depending on your access rights, you may be able to follow employees and then instantly see who’s in the office and what their plan is. If you don’t currently have that view, it might be tied to your access type — in that case, it’s worth checking with your admin whether your permissions can be adjusted.

If you have any more ideas or want help with either setup, feel free to submit them through our Help Center or reach out at support@deskbird.com. We’re always happy to chat!

Best regards,
Your deskbird Team

I like that deskbird is user-friendly, stable, fast to use, and easily customizable. This allows me to efficiently manage our flexOffice by declaring my presence at the workplace and booking a desk for the duration of my stay with a single intuitive tool. The initial installation of deskbird was also quick, efficient, and met our needs, which greatly simplifies the integration process into our existing workflow.
