It is very user friendly. I work in an office that most employees are aged 50+. They are able to easily manage this system. It works well with offices that still use paper charts and dont need to scan forms to save a digital copy. I can pull up digital xrays quickly so I can look at the tooth as a patient is describing the problem over the phone. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
It does have its limitations as it is not very advanced. We cannot scan in xray taken before our office began using digital. While there is a spot to put one or two alerts, there is nowhere to save a health history in the system. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
