I like that DemandHub is automated, which means less work for me. It mostly saves me time. With these automated features, patients can get answers to their questions quite quickly.

It would be nice to have the option for an AI bot to be able to answer calls and book appointments.

We love how the chatbot chat turns into a text message thread so the client does not need to stay on our website in order to get their questions answered or appointment booked! Customer support is really responsive and helpful.

So far so good with everything we have seen. No complaints here.

DH is helping us connect with customers that would prefer to book appointments without speaking to someone on the phone. This helps us tap into a market we never have before.

Easy UI to navigate and no repeating calls to upsell on different packages! Having the chat support available is great as well.

I wish there was a 'Dark Mode' available!

**What do you like best about DemandHub?**

If you're a JaneApp user, there's no other reputation management software I felt was most advantageous. I've looked at all the competitors, in fact, I had a trial with a direct competitor who tried to strong-arm me into a year-long contract after canceling within the guidelines of their offer. DemandHub was who I pivoted to afterwards and they were not only patient with me while I was getting charged 450+ dollars from the other company for two months but they also helped me navigate the process of canceling with the other group. DemandHub has all the tools you need and it's very easy to use. I use it all the time to communicate with clients and respond to reviews.

**What do you dislike about DemandHub?**

Really the only thing I notice about DemandHub compared to the other products is the aesthetic which I'm not really all that concerned about when picking a product. The goal is get reviews and it works really well for that.

**What problems is DemandHub solving and how is that benefiting you?**

DemandHub is helping automate my process of getting more reviews whether it be in Google or Facebook along with a webchat function for my website. I was originally using a Facebook chat plug in on the website and it didn't work all that well. It wouldn't gather any information from the person and once they got off the website, I would have no way of following up with this person. Super annoying. DemandHub captures their info and you can even continue the conversation in the app.

Keep communication with the patients it's super easy and allows to speed the processs any time a quick information needs to be share with them.

**What do you dislike about DemandHub?**

When scheduling a message to be sent to a group of patients it only allows you to have a ceirtain amount of characthers and if you exced it the message will be send divide in multiple text messages and it doesn't looks good. It will help if they could let you add more words to the message without that happening.

It allows me to send confirmations text with important information to the patients that they can save and always have with them.

I like the fact that I get immediate notification when a customer is looking to buy a new car or has a question about their existing vehicle.  I can reply in a prompt manner that ensures the customer is satisfied with the result. The system improvements are also frequent and they listen to the needs of their clients.

**What do you dislike about DemandHub?**

That when I check a message or reply to it, even if it isn't closed yet, it still shows (1) on my browser, so I don't know if there is a new  contact or if it is just an open contact.

It gives customers a quick and easy way to speak directly to a sales associate.

Demandhub has some really useful features all in one place rather than having multiple for a business. We really like the capability to see all incoming messages from our social media, website, and client messages all in one place. As well as out client review messages and  reminders being automatic.

We do wish that sending messages to multiple contacts at once would be a little more user-friendly.

DemandHub has greatly helped increase my Google Reviews. Their quick chat widget added another helpful piece to my website and has led to several new leads.

Nothing, their customer service is helpful and easy to get in touch with. I wish it was not a yearly commitment is the only thing.

It's easy and able to do quick communication  with the secure messages.
Everybody are supposed to react with it and get to know who gets the information or not.

When someone put the messages and once opened, it's hard to find which one was the one I haven't read yet. If there is a option of make it as "unread" button would be helpful

Patient has some questions and they easily get to know the answers since our administrator is checking all the time. Which  is very sutisfying the patient i think.

The customer support has been top notch, compared to other platforms I've tried they are happy to answer and listen to customer feedback in order to improve their platform.  From a technical standpoint we've seen an incredible increase in reviews thanks to an improved delivery rate.  Unlike other competitors which only seem to use one sending service I've been told they have multiple options to improve delivery rates...something that has almost help double our delivery rates.

A few features I would like to see missing but again they are continuing to listen to their customers and add them into the platform.

**What problems is DemandHub solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We have increased our review generation significantly from switching to a well known competitor.  That competitor never responsed to customer emails in 6 months.  Demandhub has listened and help us with communication and CRM integration on top of the obvious review improvement.

**What do you like best about DemandHub?**

Adding this to our company's website was the best thing we ever did - all other "info" email forms and "live chat" add-ins never really worked well for us. This tool allows our in-house team to communicate directly with the customer as though it was through text message via either a desktop computer or through mobile app. You have the ability to send images and files to the customer as well as invite them to submit a review.
Another great feature is that you can also set "after hours" messages to auto-reply for times when no one is available (which is really handy!). Great product - highly recommend!

I do like that it manages the distribution of leads on a somewhat fair basis. It is nice to be able to send a request for a review to customers.

Service appointment and parts requests come in through the sales side and waste a possible lead slot. I've also heard from some clients that our responses often end up in their Junk/Spam folders.

**Recommendations to others considering DemandHub:**

It is a very easy-to-use system with a ton of potential. Certainly has room for improvements; however, I am currently satisfied.

I don't think we solved problems; it saved us from managing lead distribution, which was not that huge of a task. It is nice that it sends an automated response to the client before we send a proper reply.

Updates to Google page/card are in real time, Easy to use, Ability to access remotely from phones anytime.

There isn't really much to disllike, but always room for improvement - sometimes we need to follow-up on a message, may be helpful to have the ability to "snooze" a message or mark/bold as "Important" or "unread".

Our communications with our Patients has improved greatly with DemandHub. We are able to quickly, easily & conveniently contact our Patients in the manner that is the most relevant to them - SMS & email. Since we can respond to our Patients whenever they decide to reach out to us (during the day & outside of business hours), it allows us to "meet our Patients where they are" and create that initial touchpoint immediately, anytime. DemandHub is great as an operational tool for communications and requesting reviews, but overall, it has allowed us to effectively build positive relationships with our Patients, resulting in business growth.

**What do you like best about DemandHub?**

The automation after a service visit or vehicle purchase makes things easy on our end. I have the app installed on my phone and can respond to questions in a quick and professional manner. Our Google reviews have increased dramatically since we have started using DemandHub.

**What do you dislike about DemandHub?**

Copy and paste is nearly impossible while using the app. Some customers request that the link be sent to them again, and it can be very difficult. I would like more reply templates to be installed in the app as well.

We were using a different service for our reviews prior to DemandHub. We found that the e-mails looked too much like the Ford automated e-mails and we weren't getting the replies that we expected. Since joining DemandHub, the text messages are answered on a regular basis, and although we would like more comments on the reviews, our Google review and reputation have increased dramatically.

The interface is very easy to use. Best way to be able to multi-task in a clinic that has 17 different practitioners. Really love the easy to use templates and the incorporation of the google reviews

**What do you dislike about DemandHub?**

Sometimes the interface can be glitchy. We have it set up so that incoming messages come up as desktop notifications. Sometimes there is a huge delay in when the message has come in and when we are notified. We also find that we often have to refresh the page to see new messages.
I don't like that the templates have changed into alphabetical order. It would be much easier and quicker to have them listed in the order of most used.

**Recommendations to others considering DemandHub:**

Please bring back the support chat. It was really useful now when we are having issues we don't know where to go to contact someone for help

**What problems is DemandHub solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Solving efficiency issues at the front desk. For example, if someone is running late to their appointment is it much easier and quicker to send them a quick text rather than call them. Especially if you have templates set up or if you have another patient in front of you.

User friendly and gives the user as much or little control they want. I also enjoy the app, super easy for me as I am out of office a lot on the go.

Sometimes the app freezes up or will not let me use the generated responses in the app.

We have been able to get more insight from service customers after their service appointments and rectify bad reviews Also, it has increased our google rating to 4.4 from a 4.1!

DemandHub is so easy to use. Our clients love that they can send us a quick message when it's convenient to ask questions, confirm/ move appointment times and get a quick response.
Sometimes phone calls can take too much time in a busy day, which is a fantastic option for our front desk staff.
I also love that we can send google review invites via this service as well.

I don't have any dislikes! DemandHub is very easy to use.

**What do you like best about DemandHub?**

At our accounting firm, I like the texting feature. A lead or client would come in from the website; it switches to a text message for the client. I can respond either via my laptop or phone app. I can text existing clients with a review link. I can text leads for booking details. We got quick responses.

Support was really good. I did not need it too often, but when I did, the team was helpful.

The user interfact is easy to use and easy to learn.

**What do you dislike about DemandHub?**

Nothing too specific. Earlier on, the app would sometimes crash on my phone, but DemandHub fixed that a while ago with their regular updates.

**What problems is DemandHub solving and how is that benefiting you?**

1 - It solves the gap between traditional communication means such as phone calls and email and speeds things up to meet the speedy expectation of the current world by moving the conversation to text. 

2 - It solves the gap in having a tool that allows you to more strategically look at your online reputation, especially through Google and Facebook reviews.

3 - As I left the firm, the team began using the web chat feature, which was helping centralized internal communication.

Very easy to use and navigate, I like the app very easy to be engaged with customers

I would like a longer response time when an initial lead comes in, sometimes I am still writing to the customer, and it flips to the next salesperson. I would like another 5 minutes from when lead comes in.

The chat function is amazing - you can easily chat informally with customers/clients and they tend to respond quicker than with emails.
I like that we can quickly send a request for a review.

**What do you dislike about DemandHub?**

I would prefer a 'read' function. There's a delay in email notification after a customer responds. For clients that we have submitted a review before, I would prefer a banner or some obvious signage that shows that so we don't accidentally send another request.

Don't hesistate! Just try it and watch how much more interaction you get with your clients when they visit your website. Soo many of them are appreciative of the convenience and as a user, I also greatly appreciate the convenience over  an email that someone might read and forget to respond to

We're able to answer lots of quick questions from clients, book appointments with a quicker response rate, and build a relationship with our clients. Many of them appreciate the convenience and the personal touch of being able to chat with someone

The automated messages, The automated responses if I am away from the office, ease of use of the app.

**What do you dislike about DemandHub?**

Sometimes I write a review in Google business direct.  When I go to check DemandHub, I can't see it there.

Having more reviews sent and answered.  People without Google can also leave reviews.

**What do you like best about DemandHub?**

Functionality. We are a small dealer without a CRM system so use Demand hub for customer communication. Staff communication. Customer Follow up. Coaching of staff and appointment reminders.

**What do you dislike about DemandHub?**

The texting sometimes gets a little choppy due to cell providers to my understanding. The pictures when sent to the system sometimes don't display great or freeze of the system. Not always but someitmes.

**What problems is DemandHub solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Customer Retention, Follow up, Appointment setting, getting ahold of customers. Sales love that something they can look back through to remind themselves of requests, needs or wants.

I like the convenience of customers able to communicate directly to the dealership and its personal.

I don't particularly like that the notifications on the messages show all read statements as still messages remaining, instead of showing that the notes are read (ex. like an email when you open it up).

The advice I would recommend is ensuring the messages that are attended to should get closed off :)

I am solving consumer inquires and service request issues. I benefit from quick access to communication with the client.

It actually works!  Our google review rating went from 3.5 to 4.9.

We now have another place to check and answer texts from as we already have a texting program with our software system.  It's one more 'job'.

It is a more effective way to ask for reviews...less intrusive and Demand Hub does the follow-up incase they have forgotten.
