Very customizable. PTO requests via Timestar. Support group is very efficient and helpful. **What do you dislike about TimeStar?** In the five years I’ve worked here, I feel we’ve worked through most of the issues we previously had with Timestar support. We also use many of the features very efficiently, so I don’t have any real dislikes at this time. **What problems is TimeStar solving and how is that benefiting you?** We are currently trying to add a new Request Workflow group to replace existing one and also looking at adding the Missing Punch button under the Requests for a test group of employees ### 2. It was built to our standards and it works. The timestar team did everything they could to make the system work for our needs, and they were glad to do so. As far as using the system, it is super easy once you learn the software. I have only had to seek customer service assistance very few times, and each time it was easy, and they responded quickly. **What do you dislike about TimeStar?** Nothing really. Any problems I have had were very minor. **What problems is TimeStar solving and how is that benefiting you?** Our agency went from paper timesheets to TimeStar, so it was a night-and-day difference. Our payroll requires a third of the effort and hours since we have transitioned. ### 3. It's very easy to monitor and make changes when necessary. I also appreciate that we can pull TimeStar into our payroll system to pay employees. The initial setup of TimeStar was seamless, which was a big plus for us. **What do you dislike about TimeStar?** Really nothing to dislike about it. **What problems is TimeStar solving and how is that benefiting you?** I use TimeStar to track hourly employee time and manage schedules efficiently. It's easy to monitor and modify as needed, and integrates well with our payroll system, making pay processes seamless. ### 4.
