In the five years I’ve worked here, I feel we’ve worked through most of the issues we previously had with Timestar support. I was involved in building the features for our 400 employees from the start. The timestar team did everything they could to make the system work for our needs, and they were glad to do so. As far as using the system, it is super easy once you learn the software. I have only had to seek customer service assistance very few times, and each time it was easy, and they responded quickly. What problems is TimeStar solving and how is that benefiting you? Our agency went from paper timesheets to TimeStar, so it was a night-and-day difference. I find TimeStar to be an efficient tool for monitoring our hourly workforce time and schedules. It's very easy to monitor and make changes when necessary. I also appreciate that we can pull TimeStar into our payroll system to pay employees. The initial setup of TimeStar was seamless, which was a big plus for us.
