
As UnderDefense (a service+product company with client-specific, dynamically tuned pricing), DealPuzzles gave us the structure we needed without CPQ-level overhead. It’s strongest where we feel the most pain: maintaining pricing logic (tiers, add-ons, usage-based), turning it into consistent quotes via templates and rules, and running discounts/approvals through a clear Deal Desk workflow.
We evaluated alternatives (including SalesBricks and DealHub), and DealPuzzles stood out on three dimensions: (1) noticeably higher engagement during evaluation, (2) more customer-oriented, hands-on support, and (3) pricing that was significantly better, multiple times cheaper for the value delivered. That combination made the decision straightforward.
Ease of use and implementation are excellent: the UI is intuitive, and we were able to go live quickly without a heavy rollout. Integrations are practical (CRM/Stripe, where needed), and the workflow is something we use frequently because it replaces ad-hoc spreadsheets and manual approvals. If you’re expecting an extremely deep enterprise CPQ with edge-case configuration, DealPuzzles is more focused and lightweight by design.
