What I like most about DealDox CPQ is its flexibility and ability to align closely with our business requirements. The team demonstrated a strong understanding of our needs and delivered a well-structured POC tailored to our use cases. Their dedication, responsiveness, and hands-on involvement throughout the evaluation process were impressive. The solution is intuitive, supports complex pricing and configuration scenarios effectively, and integrates well with existing CRM processes, making it a strong fit for scalable enterprise use. Since our engagement was primarily focused on evaluation and a POC phase, we did not encounter any major issues. As with any enterprise CPQ solution, there is a learning curve during initial adoption, and some advanced configurations may require additional time to fine-tune.
