**What do you like best about DCMobile?**

DCMobile has one feature that I like most and that is the centralized dashboard layout.  All the functions from order processing to labeling can be done within a single interface so there is no back and forth between applications.

**What do you dislike about DCMobile?**

The only problem with DCMobile is the real time carrier integration which seems not to work well. Sometimes the tracking information would not be updated for hours and I would have to deal with both me and my customers.

**What problems is DCMobile solving and how is that benefiting you?**

DCMobile has greatly made my shipping processes very easy and efficient. This is very helpful especially the centralized dashboard which helps me to reduce time I could have used to do other tasks like label printing.

DC is userfriendly and very ease in getting my phone repaired.

**What do you dislike about DCMobile?**

Delivery person sometimes don't answer the calls.

**What problems is DCMobile solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It helps me get my laptops and mobile get serviced quickly and handed over at doorstep.
