I appreciate that while Datto Workplace had a bit of a learning curve initially, the interface turned out to be very simple and easy to use after getting some hands-on experience. It's user-friendly, unlike some other backup recovery systems. I also found the initial setup to be easier compared to other products on the market. Some of the issues we faced with Datto Workplace were backup inaccuracies, and sometimes issues with the backup data and having to audit and make changes to some backup schedules.
