I like that Datto RMM provides quick and secure access to my servers, which is crucial for our daily work. The automation tools are another great advantage, as they greatly simplify the task of generating alerts and executing commands on our systems. This level of automation increases our efficiency and keeps us proactively informed. The initial setup of Datto RMM was also quite simple, allowing for a smooth transition from the previous use of AnyDesk. This change has made our work more proactive and efficient. Additionally, I consider Datto RMM an excellent monitoring tool, which I have rated 9 out of 10 in terms of likelihood of recommendation, reflecting my high satisfaction with the product. The components from the com store are so helpful. I like that you can create your own components as well. This is a great tool for monitoring many aspects of your endpoints. Great patch management. It is a stable product. I don't think we've had any "outages" with Datto RMM. Easy to implement. Kaseya does a great job of having the engineers walk you through the implementation. We use datto RMM all day, every day. Datto RMM integrates well with other Kaseya products such as ITGlue, Datto EDR, and Datto Network Manager. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Kaseya support can be slow to respond. It takes a while to break through the "first level" of support which typically does not go beyond what is already in the documentation. It is annoying when the support tech asks you to open a support tunnel into their system, and then they don't get around to using the tunnel for days, sometimes over a week. The affordability of Kaseya 365 Endpoint makes it accessible without compromising on these essential features. Kaseya 365 Endpoint offers an antivirus that keeps my system secure and backup options that help me safeguard my data effectively. I particularly value the ability to raise a complaint as a ticket and have my team resolve issues quickly using these integrated tools. The automation feature is impressive as it seamlessly deploys necessary software as soon as a new device connects to the network, and the installation of agents is smooth and hassle-free. I find that while the integration within Kaseya 365 Endpoint is good, it is still in its early stages and requires deeper integration. There should be a unified interface where all tasks can be managed on a single screen, as opposed to needing multiple tabs, which would enhance the user experience. The policy engine can sometimes feel rigid, and more flexibility in scripting and scheduling would be welcome. The patch management works well overall but occasionally struggles with third-party apps. Script running speed was our main issue with Datto RMM. Using API automations this matters a lot, however the script outputs are easily visible if you code them in, which is a big plus Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
