The client is an easy one off install with next to no interaction. Despite its user-friendly design, it doesn't lack in features, offering a wide range of functions and compatibility with other products. This enables instant reporting for faster technician assessments. **What do you dislike about Datto RMM?** As feature-rich as the product is, there could be more information about its advanced features **What problems is Datto RMM solving and how is that benefiting you?** Datto RMM is capable of resolving many challenges present in the MSP world. We can effortlessly prepare packages for new system deployments, which include complex customer software, with minimal manual intervention. It only requires simple directions to plug in the hardware and a USB, and then remote access with automatic software deployment can commence within minutes, initiated by the end user. We can utilize RMM to report on software or the system and have it automatically handle tasks to immediately address issues before they are noticed by the user. Moreover, we can also use this reporting to generate tickets and have the technician reach out to the end user to resolve issues that haven't been reported yet. Complex as it may be to set up, software and system patching, with the extensive range of options available, can significantly reduce maintenance time for technicians and decrease the staffing levels required at endpoints when executed properly. ### 22. The flexibility in the features allows us to not only leverage built-in integrations with the tools WE USE every day but also script things that are not built-in.

I am able to get in, train my techs on how to do the things we need to do in RMM, plus build dashboards that help show us what is working and what is not working. It is easy and straightforward for me to enable not only MY techs, but the clients that we co-manage to not only SEE what is happening in their environment -- but do something about it without waiting for our techs to get in there and do it.

It effectively allows us to empower our clients to be do their own 1st level support quickly, and easily -- and price it so it is attractive.

Plus, we use Autotask and IT Glue -- this integration pays for itself... every single day. We only got that because our Datto/Kaseya rep was proactive, helpful, and ALWAYS THERE FOR US when we needed it. Our entire Kaseya team is top notch and the best to work with, even when we have to transition from one rep to the next! I cannot say enough about them.

Additionally, Datto's support is head and shoulders above the vendor we previously used for RMM. **What do you dislike about Datto RMM?** Our organization's biggest beef with Datto RMM is two-fold... one, the implementation is complex -- and Datto hits you with a BIG implementation fee.

There are reasons for this - but the implementation fee is something that almost kept us from using it. The one thing I will say is that if we did not get a package deal on RMM, Autotask, and IT Glue (with MyGlue and NetworkGlue) we might not have bought in - but the value is absolutely worth it. **What problems is Datto RMM solving and how is that benefiting you?** This one is easy... we can provide fast, efficient, and proactive service to our clients and illustrate the value in our per seat model pricing.

They may not have updated their review text, but have updated their review. **What do you like best about Datto RMM?** It's intuitive and makes things easy to integrate and with all the components, really helps in deployment. NOC services and personnel are top notch, very knowledgeable, professional and responsive. The ease of implementation is almost instantaneous. You provide a link to install and in minutes the agent appears in the console. I'm in this software daily and it has helped our business and the support of our clients really responsive and easy to use. We came from ConnectWise after about 5 years and we are loving Datto. We were already a Datto client with SaaS protection and previously BDR so it made sense to make the switch and so glad we did. **What do you dislike about Datto RMM?** Only thing I'd like to see change, is the amount of licenses in your contract. I would like to see it grow as the company grows so you don't have to contact your Account Manager to increase the licenses then have to sign a new agreement. I think it would be more convenient if it just allowed you to continue to add new clients without having to monitor your license usage. It does tell you in the console and allows you to go over but it would be nice not to have that at all. **What problems is Datto RMM solving and how is that benefiting you?** Any issues that come up with patch management or other computer issues like disk space, services not starting, they are able to address this for us with having NOC services. They do escalate to us but only when it is something they can't do. They give guidance when necessary if you have questions. The patch management is seamless and we don't have to think about or worry about us or our clients computers having their security patches. Clients all know how many prompts they'll see for a restart before they can't postpone any longer and that is working well. The ease of quickly remoting to a user's computer when asked for help is the best really.
