I wish Datto BCDR did better is simplify its interface a bit, it can feel a little complicated sometimes. everything has been running so smoothly that we havent needed to often use the backup restores on this product

we only check our backups daily to ensure everything is still working optimally and even if there is a small discrepency Datto would alert us about anything even if it is a storage space issue which we can immediately remedy since everything gets detailed and sent to our autotask as a ticket

its so easy to setup as long as you have made sure your RMM agent is configured correctly
