**What do you like best about DATS?**

DATS is very customizable, we didn't need to change what we did, we were able to make it better. We replaced the paper and spreadsheets which is beginning to relieve some of the administration data entry. We were well trained to be able to use the features of the system to continue to refine it to meet our needs. Support has been excellent, with fast responses when we need assistance. Coaches have been great with helping multiple departments utilize the system in their unique way!

**What do you dislike about DATS?**

Make sure you clearly understand which modules you plan to use and who will be using them, so you can assign the right access roles and accurately budget for the user costs.

**What problems is DATS solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Bringing our safety program out of paper & spreadsheets, helping to ensure greater accountability through better action tracking and reminders
