The simplicity of the user experience for their solutions is excellent and very easy to use. Little training is needed for users with little to no experience to use the projects and don't even realise the customisations in the background that provide their experience. It works exactly as expected it to be.
The responses from both Simon and this Tech Support team on many different queries from installation, set-up, customisations and issues (mostly user error!) has been exceptional and their service was above expectations and compared to other companies they have been very professional and accommodating.
We are using 3 of their Solutions / Products: Duplicare, Email Validation and Predictive Address in our CRM. We intend to look at a later date if any of their other products would help improve data quality and user experience and their pricing is very competitive. There isn't anything else available on the market to compete with their products and Microsoft could learn from them. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The only improvement I can give would be the Installation and Set up guides could perhaps show a few more details as it assums the System Administrator is familiar with the product and location of the requirements would make this easier and more independant to set up without needing to ask for help from their Support Team.
