With templates and various ways to configure is really good. We have created a standard template and can easily update to adjust for different requirements. Data also is provided in a clean and tidy manor with Movers combined into a single set of addresses which makes updating the original data very quick and easy. Cleansing is also very quick, various depending on the quantity but I usually have the report in a few minutes when running 5k records for example **What do you dislike about Data8 - Data Quality Solutions?** I don't really have anything negative to say. That's the most common thing we do with data cleanse. I recently found and set up Data8’s email validation solution for Microsoft Dynamics, and the process was fairly straightforward. The support documentation was clear and made it easy to ensure everything was configured correctly. The bulk job feature worked exceptionally well, enabling me to quickly remove a large amount of outdated and invalid data, which saved both time and resources. In addition to its strong performance, I appreciate the overall design and the seamless integration of the solution. Its native operation within Microsoft Dynamics is a major advantage, as I don’t have to log into a separate website—everything I need is available directly within Dynamics, making it feel as though these tools were part of the platform from the beginning. **What do you dislike about Data8 - Data Quality Solutions?** There truly isn't much to complain about. With fair pricing and smooth integration, it's difficult to point out any significant drawbacks. The only thing to keep in mind is that you need to pay close attention to the setup instructions, as there are several components that must be configured correctly for everything to function as expected. As a result, a lot of the communication detail was out of date. Data 8 allowed us to verify or match our data which enabled us to re engage with our customers from past years. Without this we would have struggled to communicate with them. They also have done some bespoke screening and data manipulation for us which i believe has now been integrated into their standard offering. ### 6. Little training is needed for users with little to no experience to use the projects and don't even realise the customisations in the background that provide their experience. It works exactly as expected it to be. The responses from both Simon and this Tech Support team on many different queries from installation, set-up, customisations and issues (mostly user error!) has been exceptional and their service was above expectations and compared to other companies they have been very professional and accommodating. We are using 3 of their Solutions / Products: Duplicare, Email Validation and Predictive Address in our CRM. We intend to look at a later date if any of their other products would help improve data quality and user experience and their pricing is very competitive. There isn't anything else available on the market to compete with their products and Microsoft could learn from them. **What do you dislike about Data8 - Data Quality Solutions?** The only improvement I can give would be the Installation and Set up guides could perhaps show a few more details as it assums the System Administrator is familiar with the product and location of the requirements would make this easier and more independant to set up without needing to ask for help from their Support Team. **What problems is Data8 - Data Quality Solutions solving and how is that benefiting you?** Duplicate detection with custom configuration and particularly fuzzy logic and how it looks at more than just the specific Name and looks for abbrieviations, order of the words, etc helps find more duplicate records than the Microsoft out of the box solution. There is no limit to the number of records to merge (if there were hundreds of duplicate with the same Name, you could merge all of them in one action) where Microsoft Duplicate Merge can only do two records at a time. The Batch run schedule is convenient to set up and helps maintain the cleansed data going forward but you can also add additional custom rules and run them on demand at any time. The Predictive Address function allows standardisation of the addresses so there is not differences in format across all our records and no blank fields anylonger. The validation of the address has also allowed us to accurately input the address where Users might only have had a Number and street name or post code. The Company name can also locate the registered addresses as well which is fantastic. ### 7.
