It was developed by marketing-minded professionals who live and breathe clean databases. **What problems is Data Deduplication Tool solving and how is that benefiting you?** We were able to segment our database using accurate data to deliver the right messages to the right people. We had an extra layer of information to look at demographics in a very clean manner. We removed the potential mishap of sales calling into a customer or have 2 sales members calling the same prospect due to 2 records existing. A huge benefit was also reducing our contacts in Marketo (we were paying for dupes because Marketo recognizes # of people and doesn't take into account potential duplicates). ### 5.
