It is an efficient way to look at and track data. TikTok data is also a huge win. The Customer Success team has to be my favorite part of my entire DH experience though -- they are quick to respond, eager to help, friendly, and just generally very enjoyable people. **What do you dislike about Dash Social?** Nothing we dislike. I couldn't pull together reporting as efficiently without Dash Hudson. The monthly automated reports and competitor reports are so helpful. **What do you dislike about Dash Social?** Nothing with the Dash platform - more with the social platform functionalities that make gathering data complicated - for example, it would be great to have data for IG REELS on Dash. With so many features to organize, schedule, analyze and track, it's been a huge time saver for myself and my team. **What do you dislike about Dash Social?** This isn't Dash Hudson's fault, but the limited reels capabilities are unfortunate. I love how it connects with LikeShop and that we can add links directly. The ability to sort our posts into galleries or boards allows us to dive into what kinds of content is performing well for us and which formats we need to revise or ditch. Vision is also really cool, it can help predict the best cover photo for a video or what photos to post at what time. **What do you dislike about Dash Social?** I dislike the ability to see analytics on Reels posts and that sometimes the reporting can't be looked at with certain date windows which can be frustrating. **Recommendations to others considering Dash Social:** I would highly recommend Dash Hudson to teams looking for easy social management to help make social execution easy and fast. While there are a few things lacking (Reels data, reposted stories), the vast majority of needs are met from our team. **What problems is Dash Social solving and how is that benefiting you?** We were looking to streamline scheduling across multiple platforms and formats, better analytics, and easier UGC sourcing. ## Dash Social Discussions -
