**What do you like best about Dash Social?**

It's easy to manage multiple brands across different types of channels. I like the image-calendar based overview that is visually clear. If you've used a number of social media schedulers, you'll be able to get your head around this one in a short space of time.

**What do you dislike about Dash Social?**

The 'link in bio' function could be more user friendly as it's strange having to add a link on an image rather than in another field. Also, the fact that if you forget to schedule a time for a post it gets saved to drafts. I'd rather it send a warning that the post needs a scheduled time as I've mistakenly thought I've lost my post and started all over again.

Adding UGC to our website, Dash Hudson gives us the flexibility to let customers vision the products we sell. It allows us to increase our business performance by showing a wider range of product shots on our website with the simplicity of finding tagged images across social channels.

**What do you like best about Dash Social?**

Very intuitive platform and beautifully simple design. I especially love the AI Summary feature that lets you condense a huge page worth of info into a paragraph. Super helpful when rushing for a meeting to give top line updates on how the socials are going!Also love the ranking system on the Media Library. Its AI integration predicts what will and will not perform, helping me take guesswork out of my job! :)

Not to mention, the amazing customer service! Our account manager - Ryan is also a ball of fun to chat with and SOOOOOOOOO quick and dedicated to the role! He replies me in an instant even though he's based in another timezone! When I was pitching Dash Hudson to the senior leaders, Ryan provided me with ALL the information I needed, all the case studies and went above and beyond to help me close the deal with our team :) ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 5 stars all around!

**What do you dislike about Dash Social?**

Only thing would be the in-platform customer service. When I previously used Brandwatch, the customer service rep that I'd chat with is also a Product Specialist and can provide immediate technical support. At Dash Hudson, you speak to a customer service rep who needs to link up with product team so it takes a bit more time.

SO much quicker! I love that I can literally use the Media Library as my storage for content and to plan my feeds all in-platform. I don't need any other tools now that I have Dash Hudson and it's soo much quicker!

I like the ease of scheduling content and the calendar tool. I also really like the campaign funcitionality to keep track of metrics for specific projects/time periods.

**What do you dislike about Dash Social?**

I wish there was a way to combine all of our handles into one to look at analytics holistically. i also don't like that we can sort reels by total plays. Clicks are factored into engagements for Facebook which is not ideal. If there was a way to filter that out within the tool that would be amaizng.

It helps us to keep all of our content organized and scheduled out ahead. The autopost functionality makes it easier for us to manage our time. I also like that we can easily view analytics on the platform.

All of the different ways to utlize the platform! I love you can manage all channels and different aspects of social media marketing all within one tool. We use it often to check analytics and schedule. They are quick to help for support and always flexible to help you and your company succeed.  The ease of use and the clean look of the program makes it a no brainer.

I have had a little difficulity integrating our meta ads to Dash Hudson.

Dash Hudson is becoming our all in one tool for Social Media Management, Social Media Analytics, and UGC. It is nice to have all of these features under one tool for our team to monitor. The ease of cross platform publication is a huge plus for us!

Dash Hudson gives you an 1-stop-place to track your social media performance. The analytic and report cover major social media platform such as Facebook, Instagram, X, Tik Tok, YouTube and Pinterest.

The tool seem to focus on detail metrics only for Instagram while other platform like X, Tik Tok or YouTube seem to have limit metrics to review performance.

Dash Hudson helps keeping everything in one place giving us the big picture on how we perform on social media environment. It is easy to pinpoint what need to be fixed or improved. In short, it is quite convenient for analytic team monitoring and plus the AI features that give us a quick summary.

I love how straightforward and organized the Dash Hudson platform is. I never have too much trouble finding tools I need and I feel like I always learn something new the platform has to offer. It's so helpful and I use it daily at work.

I would love to see more features like Rival IQ in their analytics section. Seeing how much engagement we have or followers we have vs. competitors in a landscape with a bar graph view would be so helpful.

Content scheduling so it allows my team to post automatically and see the Instagram grid early on so that we can remain aligned with the brand as well as be aesthetically pleasing.

We LOVE Dash Hudson for everything social analytics, insights and scheduling. It's the most intuitive platform to use and makes reporting a breeze. Onboarding and support are great. We use this platform every day for scheduling and reporting. Very easy to implement and integrate into your social software suite!

I would love to see them improve listening to include Reddit and also make their influencer/relationships tool more robust.

Dash Hudson is an extremely user friendly tool providing indept analytics resulting in insights to inform best in class strategy. The various tools from dashboards to boards help my team and me analyze our social content in various ways, helping us master everchanging algorithms.

I wish Dash Hudson was able to provide more details regarding Instagram stories. For example, it would be great to see Instagram story reach by hour to predict how content will perform after 24 hours within the first hour.

Dash Huson is FLAWLESS for scheduling, duplicating content, and making your life easier with having to upload various elements of a post - thumbnail, reel, etc...The customer service by Sarah and her team are UNREAL. They literally respond within 5 minutes and actually care about your success.

I wish the tool were more affordable, but I also look at it as replacing a human to post, so in this way, it is!

It's an all in one platform that houses all of your social media needs. Scheduling content, creating custom reporting, and housing your content. Auto-publishing is one of the best features of the platform so you don't have to worry about posting in real time. It's a social media managers dream. When execs or the team have a question about a spike in sales that they would think may correlate to organic social, you're able to pull the data very easily.

**What do you dislike about Dash Social?**

I'd say the app is not user friendly at all. When you're trying to publish a TikTok or IG post, it takes a while to download and copy the caption.

If there's a spike in sales, it allows us to see which post may have impacted it. The automation with posts and reporting saves tons of time in the day.

Easy to use platform, excellent team and support, speeds up our social planning process with efficient processes and easy to understand insights, it's now something we use everyday

**What do you dislike about Dash Social?**

We did not switch over to Dash Hudson's content rights featured and opted to stay with FourSixty because FourSixty is easier to use. Found the DashHudson process to not be as easy. Also, we would lose all tags in the transition. If this was fixed, we would love to move over to DashHudson so everything is under one roof.

There's really nothing I don't like, I find it to be really helpful in all aspects of social media management.

Dash Hudson is helping to solve our problem when it comes to better social management for better overall performance. Nothing to note - everything has been great so far except for not being able to post everything automatically which I know is from the social platforms side, not Dash Hudson.

Dash Hudson is a really intuitive, user-friendly platform. I appreciate the simplicity with which metrics are presented, without witholding valuable information. I also like that we can customize data so it is relevant to our personal marketing goals. The UGC folder is incredibly convenient. We are easily able to pull content and organize it for use at a later date without fearing it will slip through the cracks. From day 1 we were able to use so many features of Dash Hudson without any hiccups that I felt we jump started our progress on social, and as we dive in deeper we've discovered incredible features that are elevating our strategy. Whenever we've needed something we've had a team ready to jump in and help. Getting set up was a breeze and we use the platform all day every day - it's made it easy to plan much further out than we were able to do previously.

**What do you dislike about Dash Social?**

I'd LOVE for us to be able to comment on content we're tagged in in the community tab. I'd also love to create sub-folders in the gallery folders.

**What problems is Dash Social solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Prior to using DH we were doing little more than scheduling content and hoping for the best. Being able to look at our content in terms of best and worst performing categories (based on several different, customizable tags) is really insightful.

**What do you like best about Dash Social?**

I appreciate the in-depth analytics and comprehensive results of all post formats (videos/static) in one singular view, making my weekly/monthly/quarterly tracking a breeze. We are also huge fans of the Library feature, which allows us to search old posts based on keywords. This allows us to easily identify old top performers and enhance them for newer use.

**What do you dislike about Dash Social?**

The only downside, which I imagine is due to API restrictions, is that there is a lag in views data as it relates to Meta. The analytics still serve a great purpose for directional insights, but I do have to pull natively if I want to report on the most up-to-date numbers.

**What problems is Dash Social solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Consolidating the view of most all of our social platforms into one destination. Love the cross-channel comparison features as well, so we can track performance easily. The UGC and Relationships sections are also useful for competitive insights/social listening.

**What do you like best about Dash Social?**

Ease of use, no need to deal with queries and difficult interfaces. Great support and help, even if we need a refreshemt on topics we keep getting it, it seems like they really want us to succeed and get the value we were looking for with their platform. In terms of features - the UGC part is helpful, the vision area, the option to customize dashboards, the option to view stories data, and much more.

TikTok integration is missing data, which is an API issue but it impacts our work.

Dash Hudson is a very user friendly platform with great insights and reporting. We appreciate them solving certain issues such as Twitter video length limitations and attempting to add features such as recurring calendar events across brands.

Wish we had the ability to group together pages for scheduling & reporting across different brands, rather than having everything segmented by brand. Twitter listening could use some improvement as the numbers don't seem to align with Sprout or pull in as much data. Overall community management and moderation needs work and implementation of features found in Sprout that our moderation team relied on.

**What problems is Dash Social solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Twitter video length issue (solved), recurring calendar events, ability to pair accounts from different brands in reporting, additional moderation functionality such as the ability to ban Facebook users through Dash Hudson, etc. Also wish "Send Notification" was not a default or we could switch to "Auto Publish" and to ensure that post dates/time changes occur when clicking "Save" rather than having to click out of the calendar box and then hit "Save".

Dash Hudson is the highest quality social management platform for any brand. In addition to an extremely user-friendly interface and experience, the reps at Dash Hudson make you a top priority regardless of the situation. Feedback is constantly taken and implemented, and the reps make sure to inform users of any upgrades/ new features on the platform. One of the highlights is the constant updates to reflect the everchanging social landscape- features are being constantly added or adjusted to accomodate new platforms and metrics. It is very simple to learn how to use and implement- my team uses Dash Hudson every day and it has become an integral part of our daily social management routine, as well as essential to pulling analytics and insights for all platforms.

Sometimes, I do have to manuveur through the platform to find exactly what I'm looking for due to the extensive features-  in this case, I find it benefical to use the Chatbot or reach out to my rep for assitance with what I am looking for.

I've been in social media  and influencer marketing for more than 8 years. I've used many platforms and the thing I like most about Dash is that it is a software that can do it all. Before using Dash I managed multiple paltforms to schedule different social channels. Dash can schdeule all the top social platfroms. It's very convenient. Likeshop was an important tool that our team was intrested in. Likeshop is very easy to use and overall a great asset to have. The library and search bar is always accurate. Love that the dash team always responds within hours. Our account rep Alison has always been on top of our account, and keeps us in the loop for all the upcoming updates. The community tab is convenient as well. Our team likes that multiple people can have access to the account so that we can communicate our social plans. I use Dash hudson everyday. It always have a tab open on my work computer for it.

I am always excited to hear about upcoming updates. I would like a creator library for TIkTok or more updates for YouTuvbe shorts.

Dash Hudson has such a user-friendly interface and is so clean. It's so easy to use, especially compared to other social media management tools I've used in past companies. The boards and campaigns features make it extremely easy to capture metrics and easily report out with an overview and platform-specific view. It's so easy to quickly compare content performance across channels and date ranges.

Breagh has not only been extremely patient with but also has do everything possible to ensure that our direct team and leadership feel comfortable with the platform, the capabilities, and the opportunities it presents for our business. Not only is Dash Hudson incredibly user friendly, the customer service is fantastic! The team is very receptive to new ideas or new things to add to the platorm. Everything that is available on the platform is very helpful and easy to use! There is every type of analytics to use in reporting and it's super digestible for those who aren't big numbers or stat people.

There is nothing I dislike about Dash Hudson truthfully. The only lingering requests we have are in limbo becuase it depends on the actual social platform, not Dash Hudson.

First and foremost, the most incredible thing about Dash Hudson is the people behind it and run it. I've worked in marketing and social media management for some time now and the Dash Hudson team is by far the most friendly, helpful, educated and simply amazing people I've ever worked for within this business. 

As for the platform it is also by far my favorite. The UX/UI on is simple, intuitive and gives you all the insights and data you could ever need to run your platforms. From gathering your own data, UGC, competitor insights and so forth it excels. I rarely get excited about SAAS products because the UX/UI usually sucks by Dash Hudson is the opposite. LOVE

There really isn't any major opportunities for Dash hudson other than streamlining their TikTok UGC tool. While it is helpful to a degree it's not as robust as it could be. Hence they are in the early stages of launching this feature for the first time so I'm confident they will streamline it to be incredibly resourceful.

Dash Hudson is solving the complexity of social media data and compiling it into an intuitive user friendly platform. There's so much data let alone content on the internet and it's hard sometimes to understand what metrics and goals actually matter to growing your business. Dash Hudson is very user friendly - while the training and onboarding from Rachael and her team has been excellent, it's easy to pick up the tool on day 1 and start gaining valuable insights. The customer support is excellent and Gill and the team are very happy to help. I also thought implementation was very straightforward and the team were happy to help with our ad hoc additional requests at speed.

Centralized insights for our socials, the go-to spot for all our employees.

**What do you dislike about Dash Social?**

Certain features to improve: calendarization, would love it to be more of a whiteboard space as well. Notion does a a great job of it being easily customizable and editable. Whiteboard to calendarize meaning to take notes, write down overall themes we try to tackle. It's not easy enough for our team to use as we rely on Excel currently.

Also the integration with Tik Tok, it's not centralized enough as I feel like I'm missing certain info. Where I'm able to see my creators and their posts on Tik Tok under relationship, a place to save all the instagram stories from other creators. Ultimately, to not only have a sense of reach on our owned socials but also the reach from our creators. That would be the ideal end goal, then a truly centralized insights platform where I can compare our reach, over time, channels, etc.

Dash is incredibly easy to use and navigate and for team members to jump in and out where they need.

There are so many things I love about this platform:

- Best, most intuitive and aesthetically-pleasing analytics platform on the market. It's actually nice to look at, which makes a huge difference when you're pulling data. 
- A+ customer service — being able to contact our rep at any time and get a same day response is a huge help. 
- Love the competitor analysis and AI features 
- Most of all, as media publishers it's been hugely helpful to have a scheduling tool that also pulls in minute by minute data so we can make the most informed strategy decisions possible

My favorite features on Dash Hudson are their Likeshop tool and the new enhancement that allows comments from paid ads to flow into the Community section. It allows you to link feed posts to multiple destinations, making it suitable beyond just shopping capabilities.

This isn't so much a 'dislike' as it is a wishlist feature. It would be great to see more granular data within Likeshop, such as any potential purchases or revenue generated. Potential pixel tracking would be great if that's even possible for this type of feature.

Our goal was to create an 'ecosystem' via Instagram to link to multiple destinations (our education, YouTube videos, shop, etc.) and Dash was a great platform to help with that.

What I like best about Dash Hudson is how user-friendly the platform is from planning, reporting, listening, and strategy. It cuts out the steps of manual reporting and sharing the analytics to the broader team in a way that is digestible and effective. Being able to track campaigns through Campaigns and Boards helps so much. One of my favorite innovations has been TikTok trending sounds! As a social team of 1 for about 6 months, it has saved me so much time and has helped the brand stay relevant. I've also had to message CS through the live chat function a few times and they have been nothing but helpful. As well, Addison has been a joy to work with and provides the best support!

I understand it is outside of current capabilities but being able to auto-publish with customized cover images for IG and TikTok would be a dream.

DH consistently updates its product offerings to ensure they are leaders in social analytics and their clients are at the forefront of social platform updates. When we moved away from Sprout and were evaluating a number of tools, Dash Hudson stood out immediately for its sleek user interface and streamlined functionalities. Our team loves the AI technology for predicting trends and content performance, the clean dashboard, and the data that comes with the link in bio feature.

Reporting was a priority for us, and Dash Hudson's capabilities are robust but still easy to navigate. We were able to maintain all reporting that we had with Sprout, but with additions our clients appreciate, like the Entertainment Score and Visual IQ. 

On the administrative side, we appreciate that we get unlimited users for one price and can add our clients to their own dashboards without the expense going up. This has allowed us to streamline our approval process and make clients feel like they have more control of content being published. The support from our customer success manager, Sarah, has been quick and made our jobs significantly easier.

As a relatively newer social software, there are some features that are missing in order for this to be our only scheduling software. For example, having no LinkedIn capabilities means that we do have to rely on another platform. We'd also like to see more customizable link-scheduling capabilities for Facebook and previews of content visuals when looking at all calendars across all channels.

Dash Hudson fills the role of a whole person on my social media team. The multi-faceted features the platform offers saves our team so much time, helps us stay organized and ahead of schedule. They're always open to feedback on how tools can be improved or more helpful and I've seen this feedback come to fruition in the platform. We use it on a dailly basis to check metrics, schedule posts and plan for influencer partnerships. The account manager that our company is assigned to has so much great knowledge to share and the industry trend and metrics reports help us with strategizing and planning.

There's nothing "Negative" about the platform itself. 
There are a few features that I wish existed that the API for social platforms doesn't allow that is out of DH's control.

Dash Hudson helps us find UGC, request rights, schedule out that very content and then report on how our content has performed. I also manage my social media partnerships with the relationship feature that help me decide if I should partner with an influencer and track how their content from our partnership performed. We use boards to pull metrics on specific campaigns. We use all analytics for our social media metric reports and love that reports are automated saving our team significant time.
