**What do you like best about Dalil AI?**

I run sales for our family business and was tired of juggling between WhatsApp, LinkedIn, and a clunky CRM that nobody on the team actually used. Dalil changed that completely. The WhatsApp and LinkedIn integrations are seamless, I can manage conversations, follow up with leads, and track deals without ever leaving the apps I already use daily. The Sequences feature is a game-changer; I set up multi-step outreach flows and they just run, saving me hours every week. And the Insights dashboard gives me a clear picture of what's working and what's not, which honestly was something I never had before with other tools. It feels like it was built for how small sales teams actually work.

**What do you dislike about Dalil AI?**

The platform doesn't have built-in lead generation yet, so I still rely on other tools to source new prospects before bringing them into Dalil. That said, the team mentioned this is on their roadmap for the next few months, so I'm optimistic. I'd also love to see a few more customization options for reporting down the line.

**What problems is Dalil AI solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Before Dalil, our sales process was scattered across spreadsheets, WhatsApp chats, and sticky notes. Now everything is in one place. My follow-up rate has improved significantly because sequences keep things moving automatically, and I actually have visibility into our pipeline for the first time. For a small team, that's massive.
