Allows team to effectively manage and protect against security incidents by being alerted almost immediately when a threat is detected. Provides access to comprehensive analytics that helps socialize to leadership trending threats and assess response times.

**What do you dislike about D3 Incident Management?**

Software is costly in comparison to other tools. The user face can be challenging to navigate, and there is a lack of community help/training guides to help educate a new user.

**Recommendations to others considering D3 Incident Management:**

Do your research as there are plenty of other cost effective tools that will perform the same or similar functions.

Reporting is very comprehensive and provides essential data points to assess a lack of controls or controls performing ineffectively. Response times have improved significantly due to improved and enhanced workflows.
