I don’t like the fact that what they offer isn’t any different from what you’d get with NAV banking or others. I would think that being that is it D&B which is a vital part of every business that it would offer more, and offer it at a better rate for expanded services. There are other avenues I can get the same information and with services too. NAV gives all the same information, that we needed anyway. Without having to go through as many hoops. Reports, not many graphics, complicated to submit tickets to get a hold of someone, and the training search bar is not very intuitive so I need to search several times with several different entries to find what I'm looking for.

It is not easy for me to find what happened to a duns ID I used to use the tool only throws back error messages and does not provide any other reference on what happened with the company. D&B has tons of information but probably the use cases have been the same for a long time. Now, I can look up many interesting characteristics of suppliers, including Latitude/Longitude, UNSPSC, Parent Child Information, ESG and several risk factors.
