If you are managing multiple programs and/or working with multiple stakeholders, it is very easy to lose track. For nearly 6 months, at The Dot, we have migrated all the internal management of our community on a platform custom developed for our needs by Cynoia. Now, the first asset that comes to mind when I am asked to talk about Cynoia is the team. It is a very responsive and generous structure with an extremely attentive ear. The second thing I love about this platform is the ability to integrate other management solutions that are more technical than managerial. **What do you dislike about Cynoia?** I don't think there is anything I dislike about Cynoia, but I still have expectations.
