**What do you like best about CSI Conference Systems?**

The versatility of the forum and simple use.  The GUI is simple for the most part.  Being able to see attendees during the conference while presenting.  

**What do you dislike about CSI Conference Systems?**

Not being able to switch presenter role easily.  Some of the layouts that hinders the view.  Audio connection setup sometimes is difficult to choose once the mode is set to default.  And also video sometimes takes time to show up.  

**Recommendations to others considering CSI Conference Systems:**

Give it a try!  This is a good conferencing software product. 

**What problems is CSI Conference Systems solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Collaborating, meetings and reducing travel amongs internal teams and external (client).  Improved actual work time due to the time saved by hosting conference using CSI Conference systems.
