1. Works as an end to end solution for SCM ERP software for business users making resource utilization more effective and efficient.
2. Significant reduction in Asset downtime is observed
3. Optimization of spare parts inventory

Clear instructions for logging in and entering your own review and notes.

**What do you dislike about CSB-System?**

The 'gummies' that slide to rate yourself are juvenile. You had to save repeatedly or you easily lost your work.

**Recommendations to others considering CSB-System:**

The program seemed simple, but had a lot of glitches like failure to save that caused a lot of headaches.

**What problems is CSB-System solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Performance management system, creating a system for employee midyear and annual reviews and storing.

Filter option where we can get exact information we are looking for. With the help of this option, I easily manage my team's relationship health.

**What do you dislike about CSB-System?**

I have not experienced anything like that in CSB.

**Recommendations to others considering CSB-System:**

I strongly recommend CSB for the SaaS companies. It will help them a lot to manage and control different departments.

**What problems is CSB-System solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The product adoption health monitoring feature allows me to track all my clients' usage and enables me to encourage them to fully utilize our product. With this, we are maintaining a good number of clients.
