**What do you like best about CryoTrack IMS?**

I like the user interface and how fast and easy it is to navigate between libraries of data

**What do you dislike about CryoTrack IMS?**

The software itself I got for free, but extra services cost more

**What problems is CryoTrack IMS solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It priovides my company with ease of access that helps employees, old and new, to check out inventory at the push of a button
