3. If needed it is possible to create custom objects, extensions, and integration to other systems.

Lockbox worked closely with our team to understand our processes and procedures, then created flows for our very unique and complex testing environment. Lockbox is the first LIS we have used for our workflow; before that we were creating paper reports, with no way to track changes or audit historical tests. Having Lockbox means that we can ensure that we are reporting the right results on the right patient, track what samples are in our queue and what stage they are at, and upload our results after testing is complete; no more manual entry! What do you like best about Lockbox LIMS?

Friendly, knowledgeable, and responsive support. Easy to implement once data model is understood. Making change is simple and safe thanks to multiple environments for development and testing. Customisation is reasonably straightforward with a low/no code interface. Can also customise more in depth with the code interface. Off-the-shelf components give a good starting point for customisation to business needs. Good documentation, whether it is 'how-to', comments on code, or documentation of professional services time. What do you dislike about Lockbox LIMS?

Built-in Salesforce tools for migrating metadata between organisations is a little limiting. If self-implementing, or intending to continue development long-term, consider investing in a Salesforce DevOps platform alongside it (Gearset, Copado etc.) Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
