# What are the best proposal software platforms designed specifically for sales teams?

I’m researching the best proposal software platforms designed specifically for sales teams. The harder part is finding tools that support the full sales process, from building the proposal to tracking buyer activity and getting the final signature.

The most useful platforms would ideally help sales teams:

Create proposals without repeatedly copying CRM data

Keep pricing and approvals under control

See how prospects interact with proposals

Move from proposal to signature without changing tools

A few products from the Proposal Software Grid look particularly relevant:

GetAccept: Sales reviewers value having proposals, contracts, signatures, and buyer activity connected in one digital sales room. Its CRM integrations also help teams keep proposal information attached to the relevant deal.

Qwilr: Account executives highlight its clear pricing summaries and ability to combine proposals, acceptance, e-signatures, and payments. Viewer analytics can also show which parts of a proposal held a prospect’s attention.

DealHub AI: Pricing governance and approval workflows make it a strong fit for sales teams with more complicated quoting processes. One account executive noted that its automation speeds up proposal generation while helping the team track customer interactions.

Proposify: Sales users say it reduces repetitive work when writing, sending, and following up on proposals. Its Salesforce integration lets reps update deal information in one place, although getting the templates right appears to be important for smoother day-to-day use.

For teams that have used these platforms, which part made the biggest difference to sales, CRM integration, buyer analytics, or having proposals and signatures in one workflow? Did the platform help reps spend less time managing documents, or did it mainly improve how proposals looked?

For us the CRM integration ended up mattering more than the buyer analytics. Once proposals stopped needing manual re-entry from the CRM, reps actually kept the pipeline updated instead of treating it like extra admin work.
