What do you like best about CRM Pro?

I adore all the tools that make it so much easier to manage a realtor's company and calendar. I adore the sync of the contacts and the agenda. The customer support is outstanding. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about CRM Pro?

The use of the calendar on a phone is something I detest greatly. We frequently mention visits, but I frequently find that using my phone would give me a headache and cause me to forget about it when I got home or to remember it at work. Additionally, the birthday cards may use some updating. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
