**What do you like best about CRM.io?**

CRM.io has truly revolutionized the way I handle my leads, sales, and team coordination. The visual dashboard is a gem, empowering me to seamlessly navigate through the different data sets I need and stay organized with follow-ups and reminders.

**What do you dislike about CRM.io?**

From my perspective, I can only offer praise for this tool as it has consistently exceeded my expectations, presenting a remarkably gratifying service that I am genuinely satisfied with, leaving no room for any complaints whatsoever.

**What problems is CRM.io solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I have used several CRM software programs, but one that stands out as one of the best is CRM.io. Having tried numerous options, I can confidently say that it is inexpensive, user-friendly, and highly effective. Whether you run a small or large business, this tool is ideal for managing your sales pipeline and keeping track of customers, prospects, and business opportunities. Additionally, it serves as the perfect solution for organizing my content calendar and monitoring all my projects, drafts, and ideas.

**What do you like best about CRM.io?**

CRM creates interactive and accurate dashboards for tracking peaks and valleys of our client's production load in and out days. The use of these dashboards allows the team to properly schedule our staff and offer our clients uninterrupted service.

**What do you dislike about CRM.io?**

I use CRM at its basic level, so I do not have any negative comments to provide to this question. If I had a higher user permission, I could create my dashboards and provide excellent feedback.

**What problems is CRM.io solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our problem was we never knew when we would experience a peak in customer interactions except in the immediate future. With the use of the dashboards and plotting of expected load in and out dates, we were able to see well into the future and schedule our staffing accordingly.

**What do you like best about CRM.io?**

The best thing about CRM is the ease to use it for several tasks. There are other CRM options, even free, but the learning curve is not simple. Most of our team members were happy with the change.

**What do you dislike about CRM.io?**

There should be a free plan where only a few team members are allowed. It will be good for small teams like us as the lead conversion revenue is not that much for us at the beginning.

**What problems is CRM.io solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It helps a lot to keep a track of all the connections that we have with brands to get their stories published on our platform. As several users work on the same list, it also makes it easy for them to collaborate and share updates.

**What do you like best about CRM.io?**

I've spent way too much money on software in my life. Most of my CRMs didn't integrate with each other and the ones that did were so expensive I had to use multiple platforms to manage my business. So when I found CRM.io I was very impressed. It is the most affordable option I've found and it integrates with everything. I can track all of my leads, deals, tasks, and more all in one central location.

**What do you dislike about CRM.io?**

It would be great if you could add a Webstats feature on CRM.io along with the Dashboard. You got this feature on one of your other Product Agile CRM.

**What problems is CRM.io solving and how is that benefiting you?**

This is the most reliable and powerful CRM I have ever used. CRM.io's features and tools are super helpful. Also, their customer service is great. I'm sure they can help you in setting up your CRM correctly. I would definitely recommend them!

CRM.io is a complete all-in-one solution for businesses looking to close more deals faster. With CRM.io, I can manage leads & sales, track & organize contacts, centralize all the deals, organize the customer data, simplify complex processes, and get actionable insights. The platform also includes a built-in SDR software and call center dialer to help you generate leads at scale.

**What do you dislike about CRM.io?**

So far, there have been no complaints or issues with the platform, and I'm really happy with it. So far, It's been a great experience!

The CRM.io system helps you generate leads, manage leads, track and organize your contacts, centralize your deals, organize your customers, and simplify your sales processes.

CRM.io is a great customer relationship management software. It helps keep track of your customer's contact information, interactions, and communications. The software is easy to use and has a wide range of features. The customer support is excellent and they are always willing to help. I would highly recommend CRM.io to anyone looking for customer relationship management software.

Everything is excellent, and customer support is also good, but I think they should have a FAQ section for a faster way to get an answer to your questions.

No downsides identified. However, some businesses cannot take advantage of cloud offerings due to data sovereignty and other local regulations restrictions, so an on-prem solution is their only option.

**What do you like best about CRM.io?**

Firstly, I like the pricing model of such an effective tool. It is highly affordable for almost all businesses. If I go for any other tool, it offers only one tool, but as CRM.io is a part of the 500apps suite, I can get the access of 30+ apps in a single dashboard.

**What do you dislike about CRM.io?**

Although it is functionally good, it has some issues with UI and UX, and I am sure from the recent updates, these issues are addressed and hopefully, it addresses all the issues to give a better customer experience.

I am managing all my business' sales activities in one place. As a business owner, I can get the ballpark forecast of my suture sales activities easily. This can help in organizing things better.

Its platform is really slow, but given the fact that they give the entire suite at a very low cost and the product is started very recently, they are improving at a faster pace

CRM.io gives the best features for sales functionality like from the start of the deal to closing it and creating a quote.

The feature which it had was the advanced approvals functionality because right now we need to have a different package for approvals in sales process.

I have used CRM.io for the customer management for sales process like converting the leads to Accounts and opportunities and building a consolidated sales process for the organization.
