Breadth and depth. When we signed up several years ago it was the only system which tracked print/web/broadcast/socials. Their license with Nexis helps us track global mentions we'd otherwise miss. We have to export the csv of our daily alerts into a different system to get meaningful data. We no longer use X/Twitter, but CM's roadmap has no plans to include Bsky; instead they want to sell us an additional product to monitor that.
