"Powerful but falling behind"

What do you like best about Critical Mention?

Breadth and depth. When we signed up several years ago it was the only system which tracked print/web/broadcast/socials. Their license with Nexis helps us track global mentions we'd otherwise miss. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Critical Mention?

OOB reporting is very shallow. We have to export the csv of our daily alerts into a different system to get meaningful data. We no longer use X/Twitter, but CM's roadmap has no plans to include Bsky; instead they want to sell us an additional product to monitor that. Also, it would be great if we could batch upload persistent identifiers (DOIs, etc.) to track in addition to names. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
