# What are the reseller support models and service delivery options across Oracle products?

I'm mapping this because a good reseller on one product can be hands-off on another, and reviews hint at the range. Support model matters a lot once an issue crosses product boundaries. With Oracle environments, I’d want clarity on who owns troubleshooting when the root cause could sit across the database, infrastructure, or another Oracle product. For teams using one reseller across multiple products, did you get a single accountable support team or separate queues for each?
