It will verify the date time and codes needed. **What do you dislike about Counterpoint?** I don’t like that there is some reports you can’t combine the information. Also when entering into the system there is no quick way to duplicate a line. It does not generate Reports quick enough. **What problems is Counterpoint solving and how is that benefiting you?** This is where we enter orders. Report will show is key codes for when commercials run. It shows ratings and audience. ### 3. My coworkers have always had trouble learning it. Also the closing procedure is not very straightforward or purposeful— we go through the steps without an understanding of what the system is really doing. **What problems is Counterpoint solving and how is that benefiting you?** We are able to track all sales and profit of each day, keep track of inventory and our items. ### 4. Especially Merchandise Analysis using older date ranges. **What problems is Counterpoint solving and how is that benefiting you?** Inventory control, transfers, management, analyzing sales. ### 5. It is fairly easy to navigate as well. It contains A LOT of information, and with the use of data gateway we are typically able to pull that info fairly easily. **What do you dislike about Counterpoint?** There seem to be a lot of bugs, and they pop up randomly each update. We often do not get quick responses from the help team, which can cause delays on our processing time. **Recommendations to others considering Counterpoint:** Do your research. Look at other options as well. Make sure to get a good help team on your side, as that can make or break the experience. **What problems is Counterpoint solving and how is that benefiting you?** We are generating thousands of dollars in royalty reports for our clients fairly easily.
