The frequency of use makes a user more friendly with the software and better customer support guide one to go smoothly with any type of operation on it. **What do you dislike about Cost-OS?** No big drawback for this software but it lacks somewhere when we try to integrate it with some other software of same kind. **What problems is Cost-OS solving and how is that benefiting you?** It allows user to import data from excel and customize the summary and markups. Real time collaboration with the ability to work remotely. It means this is something which can eliminate the diatance of the users and project. ### 2. It has a drawback in terms of integration with software. There are some lags or delays. These are inconveniences to using the software. **What do you dislike about Cost-OS?** I have encountered drawbacks while using Cost OS. The customer support, which is often praised for its excellence has been disappointingly slow in responding to my queries resulting in work delays. **What problems is Cost-OS solving and how is that benefiting you?** The interface lacks user friendliness making it difficult for inexperienced users to navigate smoothly. These factors have hindered my experience, with Cost OS. Our project needs and management processes have been not simplified by incorporating Cost OS into our workflow. ### 3.
