They are always ultra respectful and have keen eyes for Technological roadmaps and avoiding potential pitfalls. If you have a problem, they can solve it. **What do you dislike about Corsica Technologies?** I am not a big fan of the "SLO" or "Service Level Objective" creation in lieu of hard Service Level Agreements, and some companies favor more hands-on/onsite support. Fortunately, my company doesn't need it, but I'd be concerned if a company had an emergency and did not have in-house IT staff to complement Corsica. **Recommendations to others considering Corsica Technologies:** I would consider having Corsica as a complement to your in-house IT staff for the most robust service. Corsica knows what they are doing, as they have some of the most talented technicians in the country, but you may be somewhat limited if you don't have in-house IT and no one in your company knows anything about IT or related subjects. **What problems is Corsica Technologies solving and how is that benefiting you?** Corsica has done a particularly good job at lending an extra hand in monitoring our network uptime, system administration, and cybersecurity. Being an onsite IT at my place of business, working with Corsica I don't have to worry about outages over night. If something happens overnight they are able to take care of it.
